I am now 15 days in with no service from koodo internet even though it tells me online that my service is active…. i had a tech come in as well and could not solve it so i got another callback and they said they would send  new equipment…..I was told i would get new equipment on the 9th then the tracking number said the 11th and i had to call and see why i still don't have it as of the 14th and the tracking number said no estimated delivery time and I'm now told it will arrive on the 17th after calling the shipping company i know that the shipping company is more at fault on this part then koodo but you pick the shipping company and don’t supply your technicians you use with spare equipment that is on koodo not to anticipate the technicians needing this.The amount of time im spending on hold with people and call backs is nuts i should be being paid or discounted at at least minimum wage with how much time of mine has been waisted! the communication has been SOOOOO BAD!

I want to share a frustrating experience I had with Koodo customer service as a new customer.I spent almost 2 hours with an agent named JERLIN VIDAL on one day, and due to a system issue, we agreed to reconnect the next day. When I contacted support again, I spent another hour, and the agent still did not provide the phone number we had clearly agreed upon.Despite this, the agent processed the order without my confirmation, set up an eSIM, and charged my account. Later, I noticed the number was different from what was agreed. Because of this mistake, I had to cancel the order.While a credit was provided, the entire experience felt unprofessional and careless, and it wasted a significant amount of my time. This is not the level of service I expect.Sharing this here so others are aware.

Hi, I signed up for black friday since it was a good deal and have regreated it since then as nothing had worked so far.I have yet to receive my SIM card and the internet setup was a total disaster.I got Koodo Assist to schdule a callback to cancel all my service, where the rep said he was going to transfer me to another department for cancellation and it’s been an hour since then.Is there any other way to cancel or get a hold of rep? I am super frustrated at this point. 

It’s honestly ridiculous how this company handles communication. I’ve been trying to cancel my internet subscription for two hours, and no one answers when I call. When I use Koodo Assist and request a call back, they call me immediately, but the automated system says they will call me again, and no agent ever speaks. When they call again, they suddenly say, “Oh, your request was about the internet?” even though I clearly stated twice what the call back was for.Then the agent tells me to wait while they connect me to the internet department. I waited for another hour, and again no one answered. What kind of call back service is this, where you still have to wait an hour on hold, and even then no one helps?I want my internet subscription canceled as soon as possible so I can be done with this company and their terrible service.

Hello, I usually was able to set callback request through chat.This time the chat ignored that request for some reason. Does Koodo stop the service of callback from live agent?I have been using Koodo for the past 7 years because I was satisfied with that service. That was pretty good feedback and fast response at my available time. With my question just before, I tried to connect a rep tons of time. After those trial, one agent connected me (name is Yaneth) but no feedback. Waiting for 20 minutes so far from the first message of that agent. Not sure what’s going on there.  

I tried logging into Amazon accounting after many months but entered the password wrong too many times.  I was successful at resetting the password but now it’s on “Temporary hold”.  After reaching out to Amazon they said they won’t let me back into the account and I have to create a new account since the account was never used.  How do I go about doing this without losing my Prime/Stream+?  

I just transfer from Fizz e-sim to Koodo sim tonight.  Data works, call works but SMS didn’t work.  In fact, the welcome message went to the old Fizz Android phone.  The iPhone with the koodo number cannot send/receive sms.  I disabled RCS and removed the esim proflle from the old Fizz phone but that didn’t help. I tried to use the Koodo sim with the old fizz Android phone and it is stuck at status: 3000 activitating.  I uninstall updates and it is still stuck at Status: Setting up… right now.  If I put the sim card in iPhone, it will get stuck at Verifying in iMessage. Is there anything else I can do other than hoping this will resolve itself over night?

Hello, I paid for an internet subscription on Dec 4. I’ve gotten my Router and modem set up in the mail but still haven’t received any activation information. This is kind of frustrating. thanks 

I added a line on my koodoo account for a friend and it was a mistake...how do I cancel this? 

I ordered my internet in store through a Koodo Representative on Nov 28, to be activated on Dec 4. Turns out my unit number was not included in the address for the internet services and because of that my internet has not been activated on Koodo’s end. I have been using Koodo Assist to get callbacks the last two nights trying to get through to someone who can help me however I get transferred from department to department because apparently no one has access to updating my address. Does anyone have any idea how to actually get through to someone that can help me?  Or does anyone know how I can fix it myself? I already have the equipment I just need the internet activated on koodos end

Earlier this afternoon, I got a call from “Koodo” and the guy on the line first confirmed my full name and address. Then he told me that apparently my billing address has been changed to somewhere in Toronto and said that he was calling to make sure that it was me who made the change. When I siad I did not make the change he said he sent a text to my phone and that he needed the code, that’s when i realized it was a scam since Koodo will never call you asking for the verification code. After I told him I’m not giving the code and hung up, I ignored his next call and then I was spam messaged at least 66 times in the span of 2 minutes from 66 different numbers. Messages consisted of type yes to confirm, and codes for sites I never signed up for. The number I recieved the calls from was 1 866-995-6636, I’m not sure if that is a Koodo number that he’s spoofing, I couldn’t find much about that number online.And also, the guy on the line sounded like a normal canadian

Koodo email marketing and text marketing consistently ignore my existing plan.For example I currently have a Cda-US plan.When I arrived in the US I rcd multiple msgs advising me about EasyRoam: the benefits of and the penalties of not adopting. Also, after I adopted the Cda-US plan I rcd multiple msgs advising me about a mobile phone upgrade offer which included a Cda-US plan with lower capacities than the Cda-US plan I adopted.B. Is anyone else experiencing Koodo marketing messaging which ignores your existing plan?Koodo’s approach to ignore my existing plan creates confusion.My first reaction is to check my existing plan because Koodo has created doubt I have that plan. My second reaction is to question why Koodo would offer me a downgrade to my Canada-US plan.The mis-messaging is costing me time and $.C. This approach is unsophisticated and entry level incompet

I was travelling from Calgary to Niagara Falls on Nov 27. I was charged for USA roaming when I was NEVER in the USA. Please reverse the charge,

Koodo internet is great until you move to a new address. I have been trying to get my internet moved to my new place for three weeks and counting now. One week to get the service moved over to the new place, another week for a technician to install a new line, and then one more week to receive new equipment although our equipment was working fine at the old address. Now im stuck without internet while making endless phone calls to reset the modem and router and troubleshoot while the problem NEVER GETS FIXED. I'm considering switching to a new provider but feel like canceling the service would probably take another month and im just not up for the hassle.

Yesterday one  of your agents did call to verify my order i did before its not processed need a verification the guy start by asking questions all the details my all informations at night time  when i asked him about his name he refused to gave me and start interrupting me while im talking he needs courses in communication before he attend customer service agency    Shame on you guys do better i dnt want the order anymore was an iphone 17 pro max with 4 lines in my account im thinking to cancel all lines  because of this un respectful agent  

It’s been more than 8hrs and the temporary number is still showing on my phone, also when calling and sending someone message. I’m not able to receive anything on my actual number and its so frustrating. Call Koodo Agent in afternoon and they were not able to help much even after doing multiple network reset on phone, and from Koodo while shutting down my phone. Tried turning of RCS and other stuff, nothing is working.

I live along the river in Guelph and my coverage is typically one bar of 3G. Today, my phone is showing SOS. A short travel to the downtown or up Eramosa Street increases the coverage to 5G. But right now, in my house, I’m unable to make a phone call or receive security authentication from certain apps. If nothing can be done about this, I will be looking at another carrier, though I’d rather not because I’ve been with Koodo for so many years now. Please help. 

Hello,I recently ported my number from Fido and it seems like data and calling is working fine, however, text is not working at all. iMessage and RCS are also not working. I have read that sometimes porting with imei number (instead of account number) can cause issues like this. The transfer was to an eSim. Can someone help me? Call back on chat is not working due to high volume with requests. Your help would be much appreciated. 

I recently traveled to Barbados and texted  “CAR7PASS” to 7626 and received a message back stating that i’d successfully added Caribbean and Mexico easy roam travel pass. I checked my bill when I got home and I was still charged the $18 a day for easy roam without the travel pass. Did I do something wrong?Can this be rectified?

Can’t answer the call backs. My phone won’t accept when I type “1 “to answer the calls.  I need a live call from a  supervisor. I am a victim of fraud & I can’t log in to my Koodo account.

Recently ported over to koodo with an e-sim- successfully ported over(received the welcome message) but the esim on my phone still shows the temporary number. When I call out it is my correctly ported over number, data also works - but text messages do not work as the esim is still in my temporary number.

I am outside Canada at the moment. Is there a way to activate roaming?

When someone’s calling me it’s automatically automatically send them to voicemail but when I try to when I tried to call them, it works perfectly fine

I was online with my phone, when I was disconnected from the network. My wife's phone as well.  My first thought was I hope I remembered to pay the bill! I did.  Neither of us can connect to a network, although Telus site says no issues. We don't use Facebook or Twitter. So, how are we supposed to contact Koodo?

I’m trying to activate Koodo call forward and it’s not working. I tried with *21*call forward number# and it gave error message ‘Connection Problem or Invalid MMI code’. Then I got two other MMI codes from Koodo rep to try *#21#call forward number# and **21*call forward number#, but none of them worked and gave the same error message. The call forwarding number is a Canadian number, so there shouldn’t have been any issue in activating it. Moreover, I have purchased the add-on for call forwarding. Could anyone help me ?
