process my order please

Yesterday one  of your agents did call to verify my order i did before its not processed need a verification the guy start by asking questions all the details my all informations at night time  when i asked him about his name he refused to gave me and start interrupting me while im talking he needs courses in communication before he attend customer service agency    Shame on you guys do better i dnt want the order anymore was an iphone 17 pro max with 4 lines in my account im thinking to cancel all lines  because of this un respectful agent

Sorry you had a bad experience. Orders need verification, but agents should be respectful. If you no longer want the order, reply to the verification email or call *611 to cancel. For account issues or to escalate, I can flag a rep. Want me to do that?

I just need to talk to someone else   If so still i want the order im with koodo since 2019 never change it

What?  I dont understand.  There is no punctuation.

The message is very clear as u see some1 was able to answer before you, without punctuation marks the message delivered !!

I disagree. 

I just read cancel. So I gave you the canceling info.

But it really isn't clear at all.

I need someone to call me back with a good behaviours .when a customer talks the agent have to listen to the customer concerns  then he can explain or talk not yelling on the phone . i was very upset last night I'm a koodo client and koodo always has a good customer service.  thank you
