I went to a kiosk and they scheduled a call back which I haven't received. I also tried to get a call back via the online chat bot but that didnt work either despite getting a text confirmation that a callback would occur. My modem is flashing green on DS and US despite trying from multiple coaxial points. I dont know if its because it hasn't been activated from the provider? 

I get all the way to the end of buying a new phone online, using Koodo Tab, and then after clicking Place Your Order I'm stuck on the ‘hang tight’ spinning loading screen. I've waited 30 mins, tried multiple browsers and devices both on and off wifi. No error message. Anyone else experience this? 

Ported from Rogers 3 hours ago and the network is still on no SOS only. 

I just switched to Koodo under the black Friday deal, and despite having 5G I am appalled at the download speeds. I'm getting 2mb/s or less where my previous carrier would give me 200 mb/s. I want to log in to change my perk to 5g speed boost hoping that that fixes the issues, but now I can't log in due to many attempts. This persists despite changing my password and re-attenptinf log in. This issue has persisted >24 hours.  Any solution? What a horrible introduction to Koodo.. 

If I am an existing customer and I would like to activate a new line for a tablet, will there be a HARD credit inquiry? Thank you for any assistance that is available to me.   

I have been having this problem for months. Half the time I try accessing internet from my phone I have no date. I try 30min later and I have data again. It’s on and off though the day. On top of that, phone calls are dropped for no reason. Most of the time it happen before the person I called picks up the line. I tried contacting koodoo about it but they did not fix my issue. That was a few months ago. Now I try contacting them again and I can’t find a way to contact them without paying. Hopefully I can find help here  My phone is up to dateI did try the removing of sim card, turning phone off and one, etc. My wife has the same phone and is with koodoo. she has no problem at all.  Thanks for the help

Has anyone else used the # 250-755-4852 to sign up for Koodo Mobile plans?I got this number from a legit Canadian blog site, called it but no answer but got a text message from this number shortly after offering to help me setup.  I gave them name, address and driver’s license number and they gave me an account number but over 24 hours later no emails from Koodo for this account and no reply anymore from this number.  Have I been scammed or something? stolen identify ? loans or accounts open using my driver’s license number and address?

I ported number from Public Mobile to Koodo this morning. Since then i don’t have any service. I requested call back at 4pm, received call and spent 2 hours with the agent who basically kept telling me to reboot my phone 20 times. At 7pm his shift ended and he had to go and someone would call me back lol. I missed that call and now going into next day still no service.  Here are some of the things i have tried: reset network settings turned line offturned cellular data on/offreinstall esim with phone repairplane mode on/offNothing has worked and all i see is SOS for signal Feels like impossible to get any help

just switch to Koodo.  call and data all works fine.  But can not send and receive text message.

Hi Can someone schedule a call back for me, I have been trying for 3 days and it is just showing me an error(see below). 

I am getting error while I am trying to get my old number from my previous provider to Koodo, can someone help me pls?   

Number Successfully ported over to Koodo but temporary number still shows on e-sim manager.

I have been trying to connect with a koodo agent for the past hour with no luck.  The “Connect To A Rep” button in Koodo Assist gives an error and goes to a blank page that says “ xavlab.xyz refused to connect” every time I have tried.  I have tried with an iPad, my phone, and 2 browsers on Windows 11.  Same error each time.  I also allowed popup and redirects in MS Edge and got the same error.   A google search has informed me that koodo no longer offers a customer service phone number, which after an afternoon of trying to get help online has failed, seems kind of cruel.For those of you experiencing the same issue, note that I was finally able to get the “Connect To A Rep” button to work by using "Private Mode” in Firefox.This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I can see how it would result in zero resolution or support for any of your customers who aren’t savvy enough to know about / know how to use a private or incognito mode in their

My internet service ended 10 days ago so I have now opted for another package. What is the status of my internet service now? Does the new option start dying today?

i just transfered to koodo, nobody send me esim, i have no service now 

My home internet modem setup fails. The US and DS lights are constantly blinking. Modem reboot didn’t help. The service activation date is Nov 29On top of it, I cannot even connect to the router - the network is not shown in the list of available on any device. Hard rest didn help

I am trying to make a long distance call from Canada to the Phillipines (I know it will be expensive).    When I dial, I keep getting a message that the call cannot be completed as dialed.  The number I am trying to dial is 63 2 8886 4674 (it’s a government number).   I have tried dialing it two different ways011 63 2 8886 4674+63 2 8886 4674Am I missing something?, like maybe a 1 or something.  The above is per A.I.I so have the International Long Distance Addon.    

I am experiencing issues with RCS messaging and network connectivity with Koodo.I recently switched carriers from Fido to Koodo. I have previously used TELUS and Rogers at the same residence without any problems, especially connectivity. I am facing two issues: Poor connectivity RCS chats not working — I have waited for 2 days. I have tried the recommended solutions from the forums. I am unable to deactivate my number from RCS because I am not receiving the verification message.  Please look into this matter and advise on the next steps. 

I just recently subscribed to Unlimited Internet 1 Gigabit and setup went great. With a wired ethernet connection I am able to consistently get speeds of 700-900Mbps, however when connecting to wifi speeds will not exceed 450Mbps.Is the provided router “TELUS Boost Wi-Fi 6 Lite” capable of providing higher speeds? The router seems to be the bottle neck as it doesn't matter which device I use (phone, laptop, Firestick) - none can reach speeds above 450Mbps. All testing was done within 10 ft of the router.

I have had 1 Gig unlimited Internet service with Koodo for over a year.  Over the past week the internet has been extremely slow, and I have attempted to resolve through Koodo assist and Koodo app. Even though the  Koodo app has show multiple times that i am not getting the speed that i am paying for (less than 10 meg down) it is impossible to reach anyone live to resolve.  Totally frustrated and ready to cancel service.  Any ideas on how to resolve
