I got a phone on Black Friday Promo but I decided I want a different one now. It is sitting at my local post office waiting for me to pick it up. I was going to refuse it.My questions are: I went through the exercise on Koodo website to get the phone I want and it says I have to pay off my tab of $661. I want to keep the plan I got on the BF promo and the phone I want is on a promo at the moment. Should I pay the tab and hope for the same amount of refund once Koodl gets the phone backand order the phone I want now before that promo ends? I find this Tab confusing but what makes it worse is I can’t schedule a call back from the site and I sent an email 2 days ago to the Koodo webstore with no reply.
Are customers required to sign for new phone deliveries? There are concerns about package thefts here. Also the UPS tracking number does not appear to work so cannot het a precise ETA to make sure I am around. Does anyone know how to solved this?Thanks in advance for your advice.
I have a $10 charge on my bill from when my phone ‘pinged’ to the US on November 12th I believe, but I was NOT in the US. I got a callback a few weeks ago, and told person to remove it as it happened in October as well. It is still there. Can you flag a rep please? Is this the new way of contact? Is the schedule a callback option gone for good? If so I will be switching my plan. Very ridiculous and inconvenient.
I upgraded during the Black Friday sale and did not receive an email confirming the change to my plan, no email confirming my phone was shipped etc. My husband changed to the exact same plan, received a confirmation email, received a notice his phone had shipped and has now received his phone. I cannot get any help through the chat feature. I see that my plan was changed in my account but I should have a few emails and my phone should be here as it was ordered before my husbands. I cannot track it as there is no confirmation number though I see a shipping charge billed to my cc. Any suggestions?
I don’t know if anyone is able to help. But I’ve been living in my apartment for 7 years now. And I have my cellphone connected to the front buzzer so when someone calls I can let them in by pressing 9 on my phone. But all of a sudden it stopped working a few months ago. (After about 6.5 years) which I thought was strange. I had an iPhone 8. My strata manager said he has looked into it (so he says) but says it’s just my phone? (Everyone else’s works though..) so I went and got a brand new phone a few months ago, iPhone 12. And it still will not work. So it can’t be the phone. When you try to buzz me it just goes straight to my voicemail and it doesn’t even show the front door ringing on my phone at all. I have a friend in the building and she has no issues at all. Not sure if there’s anything else I can do. I’ve made sure the front door number isn’t blocked on my phone or anything but I find it strange because it just stopped working all of a sudden after 6.5 years and it’s very annoyi
I took advantage of this weekend’s Black Friday promotion to sign-up my whole family to Koodo. But for no apparent reason, I received emails cancelling all my orders after the website said my credit check was approved (I have a very high rating) and my credit card was successfully charged. It seems I upheld my end of the contract but Koodo has failed to live up to their end. How do I contact Koodo to get this order reinstated - I can’t find a number to call, the chat is just a bot, and they aren’t taking callbacks? Very frustrating.
I was lucky enough to get a callback for today, but the representative transferred me and a minute later, while on hold, the telebot hung up the line on me saying they were closed. I received the wrong phone in the mail a couple of days ago and it seems impossible to reach anyone at this company. All I need to do is an exchange. I also emailed the web store on Monday and no reply as of yet… Does anyone have any alternatives other than wait for Koodo to get their act together?
I placed an order for the promo and received a confirmation in my email. Did it together with my spouse on the same day (before it expired), he got a debit alert for the $5 sim card fee but I did not. Now he has received email that his SIM has shipped but still nothing for me. How do I get Koodo to honour my order? Help!!
Hello, I have ordered a phone on November 28th and I have a confirmation. It has shown that my order is under review for 5 days. Under the status info it says that I can schedule a callback through koodo assist. When I try to schedule a callback it says that “we are busier than usual right now” and recomended to ask the koodo community. Is there anything I can do to help with the process or at least get the ordering process one step further? Thanks in advance.
I have recently had an issue where I’ve started to miss calls. My phone doesn’t ring, and call logs show a missed call, but all I get is a voicemail notification. This has caused me to miss some important calls and makes me not trust my mobile service. I know the phone is working because in one case, they called back and it did ring and I answered. The phone was sitting in a charger on my desk for both calls and they were only about 2 minutes apart. I need this looked into as it makes my phone untrustworthy for receiving important calls.
So I upgraded my phone online on November 25th and it said my phone would be shipped within 1 buisness day. That same day I received a email saying my order was "under review" no one has tried calling me to sort it out or to get further information so want to know why it's still under review. Also tried to schedule a call back multiple times this week to be kept getting told byt the koodo assist that they are busy but that it can still help me. Which it cannot becusee I tried to ask it about it and kept going around in circles Very irritated and disappointed it the customer service right now as I also tried to call the help number i found online myself and the automated thing told me that I had to go through koodo assist to schedule a call back and then it hung up on me.
Hello, hoping a rep here can help me, I cannot access wifi calling or volte on my pixel 5 or oneplus phone, I requested a callback and spoke with a woman for 20 mins trying different things to make it work until she eventually said it was a problem with the network and put me on hold to speak with tech. I was on hold for 10 plus minutes and then was disconnected. I am wondering if somebody can help me here. When i try to activate wifi calling on my pixel 5 it just says this may take a few minutes and eventually say please contact carrier. I have tried every solution offered here in this forum already and it is still not working., Everything worked fine for my pixel and oneplus while I was with virgin both volte and wifi calling, so why wont it work with koodo?
I placed two phone upgrade orders on Friday, November 25. Both tabs were paid off so these are upgrades with new tabs. We also opted for the 50 GB for $45 ($65 with a $20 credit monthly for 24 months). The deal/discount only showed on one of the orders but I assume the credit will be on both as they’re the same upgrade.One order shipped and arrived quite quickly but the other doesn’t even show the tab as being upgraded yet (tab still says $0). I received a confirmation email last Friday and yesterday I received an email about the plan being changed, but still no shipment notification or anything else about the phone. The order # is HFO34347013.As with everyone else I cannot get any support as I can’t speak to anyone and the “chat bot” is not capable of handling any actual concerns.
I ordered the IPhone 11 on black Friday. Today, I got an email which says"We hope you’re doing well. Extra precautions were required to protect your account and secure your transaction, so we need to validate your purchase in store. For this reason, your orders have been cancelled."I went in store and was told I had to call koodo myself because they couldn't help me and couldn't tell me what was going on. Since calling isn't an option right now, maybe my problem could be answered here?. Thanks.
I signed up for the 50gb for $45 per month and ordered a new pixel 7 at the koodo store on Saturday. The guy said he was getting the phone shipped from another store to my house. On my agreement it shows I ordered the phone but it has not arrived nor have I received an email about shipping or even confirmation that the order has been placed. My roommate signed up for the same thing but online on Tuesday and his phone arrived today. I called koodo and requested a callback but haven’t heard anything from them. Called the store and they are not answering or returning my messages
Just ported over from Virgin Mobile.Phone connects via LTE and I can use data. I am only intermittently able to make calls, if the network decides to connect to H+ vs LTE. Wifi calling also does not work. I am assuming there was something not correctly added to my account?I am unable to schedule a call-back because the chat support system will not allow me. Hopefully someone here has a suggestion.
I just upgraded my daughters phone and tab last week during the Bright Friday deals thinking that it wouldn’t change on Black Friday…was I wrong. The tab monthly price is now lower than what I got, how do I get this promotion? And I can I do it myself through self serve? The schedule callback option has been having issues for me since the 25th and now gave me an earliest date of Wednesday, Nov.30th - after the promotion ends. Would they still give it to me on that date?
I am having trouble activating wifi calling on my Pixel 7 Pro. When I try turning it on in my device settings it simply says to wait a moment and never finishes.I saw online that you have to add it to your koodo account first however I do not see the VoLTE option in my plan add-on
