I have just changed my SIM card with koodo, although it’s showing me no service (SOS) at the right corner of my iPhone. At first, physical SIM card was going to come at my place, although it took more than 10 days, so after this much delay I have changed my mind and go with eSIM card. The service of koodo is very bad, they think their customers are very unoccupied & only have time for this freaking thing on an entire day. The koodo assist don’t let me connect with rep because it’s showing that the contact number is wrong. Now, how am I supposed to contact if I need any help? The contact number that is supposed to be used with koodo is yet to activate although I have not any QR code or activation code received from koodo. I can’t call to someone, also no one can make a regular call to me. The only thing I can do is go to a store in freaking -40 degree C using public transportation. Also, on a very last call, koodo agent told me nothing about the steps, he just mentioned that turn on

promotion bill with no $10 discount Account#**09 I received my first and second bill. but I don’t  see the pre-authorized payment discount. I do not see the $10 promotional discount anywhere on the bill. Please help me out.Thank you.

Hi. I’m a new Koodo customer. Trying to set up my plan, i’m supposed to get a free perk but whenever i try to add premium voicemail, i get an error message telling me to try again in an hour.Can anyone tell me how to contact customer support or maybe flag a rep for me?

Hi. I’m a new Koodo customer trying to set up my plan. I’m supposed to get a free perk but whenever i try to add data rollover, i get an error message telling me to try again in an hour which I have done multiple times with different browsers and cookies cleared. Still getting the dreaded ice cream cone of shame.Can anyone tell me how to contact customer support or maybe flag a rep for me?Koodos! 

I contacted Koodo last week because I couldn't log into Self Serve to activate/link Disney+ to my existing Stream+ subscription. There was an issue with the email linked to my Koodo account as I wasn't receiving the reset password email. So we changed the email on my account. My Stream+ subscription didn't move over and the Koodo rep couldn't find it so she added the new subscription to my account. When I go to link my Amazon account it says the my Amazon account is linked through Koodo and I will need to cancel that to link it. A chat was started with Koodo to either cancel the old one or reinstate the only one and cancel the new one. The chat closed before I got an update.

I need to cancel my koodo subscriptions as i found better deal with other telus subsidiary. What is the best way? Through assist chat i have request to callback. But they direct me to koodo community imstead.Thank.you

I switched to Koodo because of problems with my previous mobile provider, but I am seriously regretting my decision.I am overseas and for over two weeks I have been trying to get an eSIM installed in my phone. I keep going around in a never ending support loop.Can anyone suggest an actual email address that I can use to contact Support?

Do you provide a detailed receipt when I pay my monthly phone bill online? Something that shows the MERCHANT receipt number/transaction number (in addition to my account number), amount, paid, date, method of payment. Similar to when you make a purchase in a store an you receive an itemized receipt from the merchant.The emailed receipts that show no information other than the amount paid, are insufficient for our needs, and we will potentially need to switch providers. The account history section doesn’t offer a merchant transaction number, is there anywhere else we should be looking? 

I would  like to cancel Koodo Internet asap. Please send me details for cancelation. I have been keep waiting for long time at call in vail.

I do not live in Canada anymore and no longer physically posses the phone or sim I was using with koodo. Despite my best efforts to contact koodo to cancel my unused service they made it impossible with no support email and requiring that I call _from_ the sim that I wanted to cancel not my new foreign number.Now that my old credit card is expired they sent me an email letting me know my bill will be sent to collections. The two options are pay immediately or contact support. If I pay they will unfortunately reinstate my number and start charging me again. I have already payed half as much as the bill in international calling fees waiting on hold with koodo just to be hung up on. I would pay it out of principle if they left my account closed. the contact support link links to an error page which redirects me to the home page because of course it does, I’m convinced no humans work at koodo. My 18 year old daughter’s currently in Thailand. We were hoping this would be a great trip for, and she needs something great because she’s only now coming out from intense grief for her dad, my husband, who died about a year ago. She dropped her phone in the ocean and it’s lost. She’d kept a voicemail message on her phone from her dad and loved listening to his voice over and over again. Is there any way this message will have been stored with Koodo? I know this is a long shot, but I’m grasping at straws here..

Hello, I activated a new plan with Koodo on January 1st, and the representative I spoke with told me it would be $40/month. I just received my SIM card today (Jan 7), inserted it, and logged into my account — it’s showing $50/month.I’ve tried reaching out to support via phone and chat, but I haven’t been given an option to speak to a representative or schedule a callback.Can a billing specialist please review my account and adjust it, or does anyone know how I can resolve this? 

Why am I being billed out of Edmonton, AB, when I have always been in ON and have a Toronto area code?  The taxes I’m paying would be higher in ON, as it’s HST @ 13%.  Are my taxes going in to ON or back to AB? Just hoping there can be some clarity.  I’ve never been to Edmonton and I was visiting cousins in Calgary before cell phones existed.Any help to understand, is appreciated. 

I’ve been trying to change my perk from long distance to Roll over data for about 1 week now. It keeps saying error and I can’t get through to a chat agent.

Hello,I recently received a refund cheque from Koodo, but I have already left Canada and no longer have access to the physical cheque. I only received an image of it, which I understand cannot be deposited.Could you please cancel the cheque and reissue the refund through another method, such as:- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or  - Refund to my original payment method, or  - Reissuing the cheque to an overseas address if possible.Please let me know what information you need from me to proceed.Thank you for your help.Best regards,  Hyein Kim

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of transparency regarding Call Forwarding on Koodo prepaid plans.I attempted to set up Call Forwarding exactly as instructed on your official help page:https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/call-forwardingHowever, the feature does not work at all, despite my prepaid plan clearly advertising the following included calling features:Voicemail 3, Call Display+, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, and Conference Calling.When I contacted Customer Support, I was told that Call Forwarding is quietly disabled for all prepaid customers.If this is true, this is completely unacceptable. Why was there no communication to customers? Why is Call Forwarding still being advertised as an included feature? How is this not misleading to prepaid customers who rely on accurate plan details?

If Auto Pay is already set up and $10 is not discounted, is it wrong?  

I have been trying to cancel my subscription many times.  I have waiting on hold for over 2hrs on several occasions only to be disconnected.  The Internet never worked. I have never been able to connect.  I have never been able  to contact any customer support and have gone to another company.  I am still being billed.

I am trying to purchase koodo internet. I am a existing koodo customer and logged into my account. I can’t get past the point of entering a Promo code. I enter the code, it works but then there is no option to continue to contact details. And yes I have tried incognito mode and clearing website cookies and whatnot. 

Hello,Months ago I left Canada and put my plan on a seasonal hold, I log into pay my bill and it shows me account cancelled? Not sure why, I haven’t received any emails about this.I cannot use the expert messaging because it needs you to login to speak to  a real human and it won’t log in with a cancelled account. I have messaged multiple times on twitter and Facebook and no response. I cannot call any numbers because I am abroad using a e-sim for data and have no actual phone call services. Please help! I desperately need my canadian number back once I return to canada. 

I switched from Koodo prepaid to post-paid today and since the switch I have no mobile data and I’m not receiving SMS at all. I already restarted my phone and tried airplane mode, but nothing changed.My prepaid service was working earlier today, so this only started after the prepaid → post-paid conversion. It seems like my post-paid plan or SIM may not be fully provisioned on the network.I also still had remaining prepaid balance from top-up vouchers and unused service when my prepaid account was closed, so I’d also like to know if that can be credited to my post-paid account.

In Philippines right now.  Put my Koodo sim into my phone to get a 2FA text and could not connect to a network (was showing Emergency Calls Only).  I then took off automatic network selection and tried selecting the two networks available here manually.  Could not connect to either.  Gave up and put my local sim back on my phone which is working fine.Is there a way to tell if this is a Koodo network Roaming issue (data Roaming was turned off intentionally) or if perhaps I have a sim card issue?  Is it possible I have a setting wrong in my phone?I did successfully connect to the network here a approximately 2 weeks ago with no issue and received a 2FA text.  

I recently acquired a Google TV with a Disney+ feature. I tried logging in but was unsuccessful. I could still access the Disney stream on the Apple TV box. So I tried changing the email address on the Disney stream account to match the email address on the Google TV. Now the Disney stream doesn’t work on either the Google TV or Apple TV. I called Disney but they couldn’t find my account. I had the Disney stream included in a subscription bundle since June 2024.  Disney asked me to call Koodo to advise them and/or ask for a subscription ID.  I called Koodo tonight. After an hour of trying with accessing the Disney account, I was transferred to a technician. After more than an hour of trying, I was told to contact Disney. The technician could see it was activated since June 2024 but it was never activated on the Disney end.  The strangest issue was whenever I tried to login with the Disney app it would redirect me from the English to French Disney homepage. And from the French website i
