Activated a line over the weekend over the phone, rep spelled my last name wrong AND gave me the wrong plan (gave me less data than we agreed upon). Said nothing can be done or changed until the SIM card is shipped.SIM card shipped, called Koodo and rep on the phone supposedly corrected both issues. Said changes will reflect in about an hour. It’s been more like 30 hours, but none of the changes are reflected in my account.How long does it really take? Should I call Koodo again tomorrow?

Why am I receiving this message “(1 of 2) Koodo: You've used 100% of your 10MB of data and spent a total of $0.75 on additional pay-per-use data in this bill cycle. To help manage costs, your data has been paused until the end of your bill cycle at 11:59pm on 2025-12-27.” when I have 83.2gb left of data. 

My plan includes 50GB of shock proof data.However, I keep getting warnings saying I'm near to 2GB used data, and it shows from 0 to 2 indicating my limit is 2GB.So how does that work? 

I went to a kiosk and they scheduled a call back which I haven't received. I also tried to get a call back via the online chat bot but that didnt work either despite getting a text confirmation that a callback would occur. My modem is flashing green on DS and US despite trying from multiple coaxial points. I dont know if its because it hasn't been activated from the provider? 

Hi, I was charged roaming fees when I was out of the country… I assume it happened for an extremely brief second when I switched to an esim. I know my data roaming was off and my primary line was switched to my esim as I have used many times before. I would like to have that removed from my bill as I know I did not use.thanks

I get all the way to the end of buying a new phone online, using Koodo Tab, and then after clicking Place Your Order I'm stuck on the ‘hang tight’ spinning loading screen. I've waited 30 mins, tried multiple browsers and devices both on and off wifi. No error message. Anyone else experience this?

Hello, I wish to activate an eSim for my new unlocked phone, which I purchased online from Walmart. When I click on the Prepaid tab, and then Activate eSim, the website asks me to confirm I’m a human, by clicking on an empty box. After I do this, the website just lags. A circle just goes around on the screen, but nothing happens. It just lags. I’ve tried clearing my cache, rebooting my laptop & even tried another browser. Can someone please try this & report your findings? Also….I want to know, if I activate a Prepaid account with Koodo Mobile, would I be able to choose my phone number? I just found out that my old phone number (which was registered with Koodo’s monthly bill) is still inactive. I’m kind of hoping I’ll be able to choose that number.

Yesterday one  of your agents did call to verify my order i did before its not processed need a verification the guy start by asking questions all the details my all informations at night time  when i asked him about his name he refused to gave me and start interrupting me while im talking he needs courses in communication before he attend customer service agency    Shame on you guys do better i dnt want the order anymore was an iphone 17 pro max with 4 lines in my account im thinking to cancel all lines  because of this un respectful agent  

I just signed up for the Canada-US-Mexico roaming with data, talk and texts with 60GB of Shock-Free data at 5G speed and Unlimited International SMS.For my 1 free perk, I chose 3-day Easy Roam INTL.When I review my changes, under Perks it states “No Perks selected.”Why doesn’t my chosen perk show up when I review my changes?

Hi, I got a call from 833-896-0450 regarding some winback offer from Koodo which seems to good to be true especially when I am not an existing Telus customer. They also sent a verification text message from '35353' and even email from 'telusservice@i.telus.com'Not sure whether this is legit or some scam. Can anyone please confirm whether this email address and phone number are legit ones or not.Thanks.

I have the money for this month's internet billing ready but I don't know when Koodo will take it.I paid for Home Internet on November 5th and my activation date was November 17th.I don't want to leave money in my card for the next 3 weeks in case someone else bills me.Will they collect this month's money on the 5th or the 17th... and if they try to collect and the money isn't on the card yet, will they give me time to pay or cut me off?

Koodo email marketing and text marketing consistently ignore my existing plan.For example I currently have a Cda-US plan.When I arrived in the US I rcd multiple msgs advising me about EasyRoam: the benefits of and the penalties of not adopting. Also, after I adopted the Cda-US plan I rcd multiple msgs advising me about a mobile phone upgrade offer which included a Cda-US plan with lower capacities than the Cda-US plan I adopted.B. Is anyone else experiencing Koodo marketing messaging which ignores your existing plan?Koodo’s approach to ignore my existing plan creates confusion.My first reaction is to check my existing plan because Koodo has created doubt I have that plan. My second reaction is to question why Koodo would offer me a downgrade to my Canada-US plan.The mis-messaging is costing me time and $.C. This approach is unsophisticated and entry level incompetent.The solution is a quick existing plans database scan then suppress the email and text marketing

I live along the river in Guelph and my coverage is typically one bar of 3G. Today, my phone is showing SOS. A short travel to the downtown or up Eramosa Street increases the coverage to 5G. But right now, in my house, I’m unable to make a phone call or receive security authentication from certain apps. If nothing can be done about this, I will be looking at another carrier, though I’d rather not because I’ve been with Koodo for so many years now. Please help. 

Hello,I recently ported my number from Fido and it seems like data and calling is working fine, however, text is not working at all. iMessage and RCS are also not working. I have read that sometimes porting with imei number (instead of account number) can cause issues like this. The transfer was to an eSim. Can someone help me? Call back on chat is not working due to high volume with requests. Your help would be much appreciated. 

How can i get rep to contact me by phone?  

I recently traveled to Barbados and texted  “CAR7PASS” to 7626 and received a message back stating that i’d successfully added Caribbean and Mexico easy roam travel pass. I checked my bill when I got home and I was still charged the $18 a day for easy roam without the travel pass. Did I do something wrong?Can this be rectified?

I am trying to sign up for a montly plan, I do not have a canadian driver license, so I am trying to use my social insurance number, but it keeps saying it is not valid. I have tried different ways ( ***-***-***, *********, *** *** ***, * * * * * * * * *) and know my number is correct, I have copied and pasted from previous tax forms. What am i doing wrong?

I have been having this problem for months. Half the time I try accessing internet from my phone I have no date. I try 30min later and I have data again. It’s on and off though the day. On top of that, phone calls are dropped for no reason. Most of the time it happen before the person I called picks up the line. I tried contacting koodoo about it but they did not fix my issue. That was a few months ago. Now I try contacting them again and I can’t find a way to contact them without paying. Hopefully I can find help here  My phone is up to dateI did try the removing of sim card, turning phone off and one, etc. My wife has the same phone and is with koodoo. she has no problem at all.  Thanks for the help

Can’t answer the call backs. My phone won’t accept when I type “1 “to answer the calls.  I need a live call from a  supervisor. I am a victim of fraud & I can’t log in to my Koodo account.
