Trying to dispute a NSF charge. I’ve cleared cookies, used different browsers and even different devices but I’m able to make an online request. I reside in Canada and do not use a VPN. I’ve tried over 2 weeks and come up with the same error. Please help.

I was charged for 5 months of service after canceling koodo home Internet. Why did this happen? What can I do.

Hi, Darren and I both use Android phones. When he texts me from work, about an hour from home, I don’t receive his messages until he gets home and his phone reconnects to our Wi-Fi. Then the delayed messages come through.Could you help us figure out why this is happening and what settings to check so we can both send and receive texts while he’s at work?

Everytime I buy the stream+ subscription it keeps issuing me a refund the next day. Why is it doing rhis. Ive had subscription for months and months and now its doing this. Can anyone help me as to why

Yesterday, I selected a plan, entered all my details, placed an order, and registered for self-service. However, I don’t see any instructions on how to install my eSIM, how to start using Koodo, or how to transfer my number. For the past two days, all I’ve been seeing is this: Your order is in progressYour account has basic access for now. You'll get full access when your order ships. When will I receive the QR code with instructions?

Hi I found an ancient thread saying a rep can remove voicemail on my account (the extended absence instructions don’t work). I’d like to do the same. Would you please remove voicemail from my account? I understand re-enabling would require contacting a rep and that I might lose whatever messages are saved. All I get is scammer voicemail from blocked numbers and it’s really annoying there’s no self-serve way to remove this feature from my account. Please remove it. Thank you.

I have successfully cancelled home Internet. Unfortunately haven't received a email with instructions for modem and router return. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have tried three times thru koodo customer service to fix my account perks. When I attempt to change it from roll over date to us roaming I keep getting the error. I have gone thru customer service 3 times and each time they verify that even they can't fix it and will pass it up. The system has stopped rolling over data for 3 months now but has not moved to include us roaming  All they offered was to add in the add on us roaming and commit to crediting one time only the $5 per use fee .... But months in a few hours with them on the phone and no fix has occured and no follow up is given  I asked them to just include USA roaming in my account while they work on a fox but they said that's not an option  Other than moving to my former provider who is including roaming at no cost .... I'm kinda running out of options and patients with koodo ?

Since this afternoon (november 6) the network is very weak.  I must go near a window, preferably open, if I have some hope of call someone.  I try to discuss with the “assistant”, but with no result. How can I said to Koodo/Telus that their service is broken here.  A phone number will be appreciated.

Hello, I have incorrect roaming charges on my October bill for the date of Oct 3 and I live near the border but was in Canada. The bill was already paid by automatic pay. Could you please adjust the bill and provide a credit for the coming month?thank you

So I tried activating the $159/year prepaid plan for my mom who is with Telus prepaid. Unfortunately it will not accept any of the my credit cards including hers as it wants the 16 digit number to have no spaces. Attempting to erase spaces screws up the whole number.Anyone have a workaround? No going to a Kiosk is not an option for me..

My wife and I have our own cell phone, both on a Koodo plan.  When either one of us tries to access voice mail by dialing our own numbers, the call drops, and says not connected. Voicemail does not pickup when either  numbered is called, therefore messages cannot be left on either . Calls to other numbers  complete as normal Both cells have been powered down completely, network connections toggled. Bluetooth and Airplane modes have been checked. WiFi calling is off .

Hello TeamI am not receiving the esim notification after going through the esim recovery process. Please help. RegardsRattanjeet

I have a Samsung A530W from 2018. Whenever I get a VM I am suppose to get a little icon on my home screen on my phone to show I have a new message. I am not getting any notifications on it and not sure if it is a setting on phone or Koodo. I went through the voice mail prompts and listened to all the notification options but I am am still missing voice mails as the only way I know if there is a message is if I manually hold down the 1 key to dial my voicemail. It is inconvenient for me.

I was charged for $10 for data but wasn’t over my amount for the month and I didn’t travel out of Canada

Some calls not going out. Some are. Whats going on?

I am on android and when I try to call my voicemail, it says “Cannot Connect to Voicemail”.

I'm having trouble making outgoing calls on my Koodo mobile line.Every time I try to call, I hear the error message: "22P1 — An active call is already in progress. This call cannot be completed."

Telus, I read. Is have issues in parts of ontario.  Is the koodo affected in Windsor ontario.  I cant make phone calls.  I assume they are working on it. Hopefully will be up soon.

i can receive phone call but i can not phone someone.

Hi there, I received a plan offer that I’m now considering. I currently have one month left on my tab. If I proceed with taking a plan offer, does that mean I would be charged to pay off the remaining Tab balance (which I understand I can already on the self-serve) as well as the Tab Bonus? This would be a big deciding factor for me so looking for an advice!

Koodo is sending me Roaming reminders because I’m in White Rock and it’s close to the US border.  How do you make it stop?

How to cancel koodo home Internet when you go to self serve it says hang tight we're working on updating your plan. Please wait for any further plan changes. It won't let me do anything. Can someone please help. Thanks.
