Internet not working aswell im a new to koodo Internet

Yesterday I received my package from Koodo. With modem and Booster. Plugged the cables in as per the video and self installation has described but my internet is not working.  I tried restarting it multiple times but still no luck.  It’s been over 24h with this problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi I recently joined with Kudoo and the guy at kudoo said if I set up pre authorized payment option my bill will reduced to 45 CAD to 35 CAD. Is it true?

Being charged for a phone without even fully completing the order?

I tried buying a new phone tonight & it kept saying something went wrong & that the phone order couldn't be processed. Then I noticed a shipping charge. I checked my plan & it changed & also, I now have a tab balance for that new phone. But I didnt receive any shipping info after. So I think the system thinks I already have the new phone?

I was charged for ROAMing on this months bill,  please reverse this charge as I have not left Ontario.  I have also checked my settings and see that ‘Connect to data services when roaming’  is set to off.  How can I prevent this charge from happening again.  I do not intend to leave the country any time soon.  Thank you.

Not getting internet on mobile wifi router

Hi there. Not getting internet connection on my ZTE Rockethub Mobile router. Am getting a connection (seeing the bars), I’m just not getting internet from it. Contacted seller to see if the device was carrier locked but allegedly it’s not. Please help

Wrong roaming bill

Hi, why I got a bill of 28 dollars on 1 June for roaming ?  I didn’t leave Canada in the whole May. I just went to Vancouver last month.  Is Vancouver part of any other countries? Really crazy!

roaming charges again

hi there, i live in Canada 26 miles over the ocean from the USA. Every month I get roaming charges. Every month i asked you to reverse the charges. I havent traveled to the USA in over ten years and dont plan to anytime soon. please reverse the extra $14 charges for the last couple of billing cycles. my bill should never be $48. thank you kindly

Cannot accept callback

Ordering and getting a scheduled callback, and the automate is asking to push 1 if I accept the call and 2 if I want to cancel it. It doesn’t hear when I push 1 though, so after asking a few times the call is dropped.What can be done with respect to this?

cannot get internet connection with Koodo sim card in my cellular modem

Hello,I have just set up a cellular modem I use in my RV with a Koodo sim card.  While I am getting a good signal, I am not getting any internet service.  I made sure to put the correct APM  sp.koodo.com I have done this with other carriers with no problems.

Lights on my modem do not stop blinking

I’ve been trying to install my modem router for few days now. The lights on the modem are blinking and online light is off. It’s been going like this for few days now. I’ve tried resetting by taking out the power and starting again after giving a 30 sec break. I’ve also done factory settings. Nothing is working. Can someone help me please?

"Failed to submit port in request."

Hi! I’m trying to transfer my number from another provider. I made my first attempt on Tuesday and I replied YES to that SMS.  Turns out it failed and I just found out. Now I want to port in again, yet it keeps saying "Failed to submit port in request." What can I do to fix this? Thank you!

My old cell phone (Galaxy A14) had a setting to record calls in the phone app but my new phone (Galaxy A16 5G) doesn't.It's legal in Canada and it's a phone meant for the Canadian market so do you know why?

Getting error because phone number area code doesn't match address on file.

I am getting an error message that reads: “We can't complete your upgrade because the billing province on your account doesn't match the one on your phone number. Prepaid Plan – Can’t Access Self Serve, Need to Cancel Auto-Pay

Hi everyone,I ordered a Koodo prepaid SIM card for my mom while she was visiting Canada. I set up automatic payments when I bought the SIM, but I’m not sure if I ever actually set up a Self Serve account.Now she has left the country, and I want to cancel the auto-pay since the line is no longer in use. I’ve been trying to access the account, but: I don’t know if a Self Serve account was ever created When I try to reset the password, I get an error saying the new password doesn’t meet the requirements (even though it does) At this point, I can’t log in, and I’m still getting charged every month. What can I do to stop the automatic payments?Is there a way to remove the payment method without accessing Self Serve?Thanks a lot for your help!

Not able to activate my prepaid account

Hi I am trying to activate my suspended account and and change my plan from $40 to $29 and added $29 funds to my account but when i try to complete the payment the error message appears.  what to do now. Today is the renewal date for my prepaid account.

Call Control is Not Working

I have had some people call me and enter in the number, it keeps asking for the number over and over and then it just says “not accepting calls at this time, goodbye”What’s going on that it doesn’t detect the number being pressed?

Pre-authorization payment

I have a concern regarding a recent billing issue. I initially selected to pay via bank pre-authorized payment, but the system attempted to withdraw the funds before I had transferred money into the account. As a result, the payment was not successful, and no further attempts to collect the payment were made.When the due date arrived, I chose to pay using a debit card instead. At that time, the system notified me that there would be a fee if I used a bank account, but it did not mention any fee for using a credit or debit card.However, today I noticed that a $50 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fee was charged. I would like to ask if there is anything I can do regarding this fee. Is it possible to waive or reduce it?Thank you

roaming charges incorrect

Has anyone ever won a case against Koodo for wrongful roaming charges? We’ve given proof of our US plan being activated and still no support with multiple call backs … What about the customer. It’s so obvious a mistake was made by the phone company but it’s the customer that’s suffering with outrageous charges

Dispute Roaming charges

I recently spent two weeks in the US and immediately signed up with Straight Talk for a US plan. My wife signed us up at the same time. She did not receive any charges to her Koodo account but I did. We called Straight Talk and they confirmed that both of our US plans were active. When we called Koodo to explain they wouldn’t help. How can I dispute these charges ? Somebody messed up.

Koodo Customer support on phone urgently from overseas

Hii’m a koodo client, i’m coming back to Pakistan to visit family , on my way back, i had an stay in UAE for 2 hours where i received this SMS from Koodo, that your roaming has been canceled due to suspicious activity contact kodoo customer support on 18669956636, now i received an email from koodo, that i canceled my services on 6th june the same date i was traveling, i never canceled the service.All my bank accounts are linked to this number, i can not access my bank accounts due to not receiving my sms codes i’m stuck here i can not login to my koodo account because it needs sms verification, i’m in urgent need to get in touch with koodo customer support i can not request a call back as the koodo number is not active. I’m stuck in overseas without no money in my pocket.Can someone please provide me any number on which i can call koodo customer support and resolve this issue.
