Unanswered questions

My samsung A16 is dropping calls all the time starting about 2 weeks ago. If my phone does ring and I pick up it disconnects pretty quickly. If I call put it sometimes doesnt ring or when the person picks up it is just dead air (they cant hear me and I cant hear them). Happens with calls to/from a variety of callers and phones, including landlines. Also noticing delayed voicemail that pops up hours after its been left. Have already rest netwprk, changed sim cards, restarted phone a zillion times and toggled airplane mode on/off. Set up call woth a koodo tech but still not fixed. Happens frequently in clarington area. I dont see a lot of other complaints about the issue or solutions for the same issue from older posts.

Service was disconnected, couldn’t make any calls but could still text and use Facebook messenger calling. Not connected to the internet. Bill has been paid, when will service be restored?

I changed to a 23GB at 4 GB speed plan of 25 Cad last month, but somehow i couldnt use the mobile data at all, im using a xiaomi phone.I have asked someone in the Koodo shop to assist me with this, they checked and everything is normal, they didnt find anything wierd with my sim, but they also dont know why my phone couldnt use data from the plan as well..I have to temporarily disable my auto pay to avoid being charged for nothing at all for now.Can someone help me with this? I am having problems with Prime video on my Stream + account.I called Prime customer service, they told me I would have to talk to some one at Koodo about it.This makes no sense, but, is it true?Is there some one I can call about issues with Prime? If so, what is the number?

My son got a cell phone on my account in December. I never noticed or thought but he has been getting charged a easy roam charge because when he gose to his mother's she lives beside the USA border. Can someone look into helping me reverse the charges over these few months so he can recover some of his money. Thanks. 

I am moved out from Koodo why I have recevived billed March-April (368) . 

I recieved an email from Koodo stating that my Netflix was going to increase as per my Koodo stream package. (They made a mistake and have put me on Netflix premium) I tried to contact Koodo to let them know that i want to go on basic with ads… no response. Then i tried to go on Netflix to reduce plan to basic and they said ‘plan switch was declined’. Any advice? they also charged me 40$ for Netflix on top of koodo bill.

I was charged for 5 days of roaming while traveling to the UK but didn’t use my phone while I was away. How can I get these charges reversed and how can I ensure it doesn’t happen again?

I have been on the phone for hours.. and even swapped at one point when i actually got  a person right back to waiting.. it says i can cancel the internet on line but when you try it says to call the number for assistance and doesn’t let you cancel on line. At this point. I was originally just looking to get help with a modem issue but at this point the customer service is making me just want to cancel completely.. I just want to get a hold of a person and after now 4 hours of being on hold and trying the online chat functions this is my last effort to get a human to help me cancel this.

Charged roaming fees for Feb 7,2026 and Feb 21,2026 but I did not leave the country

Once again, I’m asking for roaming charges to be removed from our bill.  The last 2 months I believe there have been roaming charges and we haven’t even left the country.  Please remove these extra charges.

Hi - I have been trying call your service for 3 weeks to cancel my koodo internet subcription - waiting over an hour each time with no success. I see on the community link that this is a systemic flaw of Koodo. Will be sure to advise others not subscribe to such a poorly structured scam.  Please cancel this ASAP.

pre-authorized payments have neen taken off my account for the last 3 or 4 months now. I checked my cards to make sure they weren't anymore good. I have a prepaid Koodo plan. I purchased the 3GB US roaming plan and then another 1GB add-on when I knew I was going to over the original 3GB. I now need to have another 1GB but I don't see an option of getting another 1GB in my self serve account. Are you only able to purchase the 1GB add-on once? How do I get more US data on my Koodo prepaid plan?Any advice would be appreciated   

paid two Koodo bills twice, I spoke with my bank who told me to talk to Koodo. Today, Sunday, I spent an hour and a half on the phone to resolve the issue, and what they promised was to send a check in 4 to 6 weeks. I am a retiree who lives on my pension; any institution in this country would return an overcharge immediately. 

I am looking at getting Travel Pass for our trip to Portugal and have a few questions:We are leaving in May, 2026 is it too early to get now?Once I buy, do I need to activate? or as I read it activates automatically once you arrive at your destination?Thank you

I have moved out my number to another carrier last December, From self service looks I have enrolled no service, but I still received monthly bill until now, so I will be charged 65.54 and then Koodo will credit it back. Anyone can help to stop this?

I am trying to cancel my home internet subscription last couple of days. But, noone responding direct line (1 855 350 1170). I did schedule a callback. The technical personal transferred my call again and noone answered. I am waiting in the call for long hours, but keep on disconnected after sometime. I see there were similar issues highlighted in this forum before. I would be greatly appreciated, if this issue can be flagged and help me to resolved sooner. Thank you

I was charged roaming. My phone was on airplane mode while in the US. When returning to Canada turned air plane mode off it was still on the AT&T tower. Charged $16 for one minute it took to switch to koodo. 

I'm wondering if kodoo offers this watch at all

So it’s been just a day over 90 days. I got the prepaid paper I’ve gotten from the gas station and I can’t call to renew. Cant even get a email from Koodo since I tried to many times. From the start i wasn't even able to retry to make another password since it was a “invalid” password . I can’t call *611 no matter 

I signed up for internet service on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at the Koodo kiosk located in Eglinton Centre, Toronto, where I also purchased mobile phone and internet service. The Telus representative who assisted me said the equipment would arrive sometime the following week and that the service would be activated on Friday, March 6. By that date, the equipment had not arrived, and there was no way to inquire about the shipment through the Koodo website or any of their other customer service channels. Therefore, we were forced to return to the store to ask questions, and they only offered us the option of scheduling a call to at least find out what was happening with the equipment they were supposed to send us. The person who assisted us gave vague and nonsensical answers, such as that if we wanted to wait for the modem, we could, but the order was on hold and they didn't know when it would be shipped. Or that if we wanted, we could cancel the order and place a new one to receive it the

i switched from rogers to koodo about 3 years ago after I moved to a fairly remote location on the bruce penninsula. The rogers service was untenable on my iphone and my wife had better (though still real spotty )  results on koodo with her android phone. Unfortunately in the first few months it was apparent my new koodo service was rife with lost calls no signal ect . As a result I was forced to purchase and install a cell repeater and mini tower at my expence to get reliable reception. Around the same time I noted koodo charged the monthly bill to my credit card . I contacted them and let them know the card info was given to be used  as a deposit only and I never agreed to it being used for the monthly charges. Around the same timeline I stopped getting bills from koodo but continued paying the monthly fee. around 6 mos ago I noted a rapid uptick in telemarketing as well as scam calls..i ve had the same number for at least 15 years and never had this problem. Essentially, my wife and I are currently Koodo customers on our own separate plans. I want to add a new line and order a new phone for her on my account, to consolidate our service. If I add a line, will she be able to port her phone number to MY Koodo from hers, effectively cancelling her current service? This is how it would work if I was adding her from another carrier, but I’m unsure if there’s any issues doing this if she’s already with Koodo.
