I apologize if I’ve missed it somewhere, but does the $10 pre-authorized discount only apply when connected to a bank account? What about my credit card? Will the discount end if I switch to my credit card from my bank account?  Thanks, in advance. 

I received an iPhone 13 through a phone contract with Koodo in December 2023.It was cancelled in May 2026, but I still received over 140w  bonus points –and  i think the first time we dindt have the fee fore tab bonus .

My internet has been out for days and reach a human being. Just cycles between an ineffective app and hangs up phone on me. Where is tech support. I’m about to cancel 

I live in Niagara on the Lake and my phone accidentally connected to a US network this month.  How should I proceed to get the charges removed.  

I’m trying to buy an Iphone 17e on the Koodo website and it will not let me. The problem appears to be my address. The site tell me address the phone will be shipped to must match my credit card’s billing address. It does. Identically. It matches. I don’t know what the problem is. The address is the same address that pay my koodo phone bill every month. It hasn’t changed in 7 years.The site will not let me purchase this phone. I have bought a phone from the koodo site before and never had a problem. Is it a problem that my number is a Nova Scotia number? It never was before. My mailing address is in Newfoundland, and its identical to my billing address. This was never a problem with Koodo before. Can I get this fixed, or should I just go and buy in store?

My account has been locked for about a week now after too many failed attempts. I’ve waited an hour after it got locked AND I’ve reset my password twice and I still can’t get into my account. I need to get into my account to update my payment information.

I thought I activated a US travel pass via self serve and have been using my phone as normal while travelling, but now I see that I have been charged daily for roaming instead of the one time fee. I see a lot of people on here having the same issue - is there a fix to this? 

I am on a US/Canada roaming plan and have the perk for free long-distance calls to China.During a recent trip to the US, I made some calls to China. Since my plan allows seamless roaming like I'm at home, I logically assumed the free calling perk applied while in the US as well. This assumption wasn't baseless—I previously had similar plans with both Rogers and Telus, and neither carrier ever charged me long-distance fees for calling China while I was roaming in the US.I just got my bill and was hit with a $20 long-distance charge. I only now realize Koodo's fine print restricts the China calling perk to "within Canada only". To be honest, this is a very easy trap to fall into for users, especially when your major competitors don't penalize this.This is my first time running into this genuine misunderstanding. I have tried to activate it 4 times. I get told I paid for more data. I am being charged daily rates which are exorbitant. I received a message that it was fixed, but it isn’t.Help!

I have been travelling, and Koodo Does NOT work here.  I had a prepaid account with an eSIM.   I got someone in Canada to purchase a couple Vouchers for me, but I cannot log into the Self Serve because it needs to send an authorization code to my phone number that DOES NOT work here.  I was able to sign up for a new eSIM monthly account with a $10 monthly rebate AND a perk.  I want my old number back as ALL of my security, accounts, emails and contracts use that number.  When we were able to log in, the account information does not reflect the $10 off I was supposed to get AND it charged me for a Sim card when I specifically requested an eSim.  I am travelling back tomorrow and need my old number.  Who can help?

Hello, I recently availed prepaid Koodo during my trip in Canada last May 19, 2026. However, upon returning to Philippines, there’s no network or no signal for my phone. I have tried restarting my phone and inserting and re-inserting my sim card but still doesn’t work.  I have no self serve account since I did not register while I was on my trip thinking my prepaid plan will be deactivated after a month since I availed only 1 month of service.  I’m also unable to create an account since it’s prompting an OTP but I have no signal!! 

rogers tech came to our store and did not find the cable to connect the modem , so not sure what we can do with this modem ,  prob will cancel it  

I have the free 3 month Amazon Prime offer activated but want to know how to cancel. I don’t intend to use it after the trial period. How do I cancel?

I am trying to add a 14 day Europe travel pass for a visit to the UK using the self-serve option.  After I press “confirm changes”  to add the pass, I receive a text saying that I’d purchased extra data, etc.  I tried to add it again today but I still see no mention of an activated pass on my account and still get the text mentioning I purchased added data.  I tried the AI agent for help but it was of no use.

I placed an online order on May 28 The order was delivered to the wrong city - Terrebonne instead of Gatineau (204km away). Since June 2, I have been trying to obtain assistance and a resolution to this issue, without success. I have been repeatedly transferred from one department to another, and no one has taken ownership of resolving the problem.Today was my seventh attempt to obtain assistance regarding this issue. The representative I spoke with advised that they were unable to help and did not know what else could be done. After seven contacts and more than two weeks of unsuccessful follow-up, I am extremely frustrated by the lack of accountability and the complete absence of a resolution.I’ve been with Koodo for 14 years. The lack of accountability, communication, and effective customer support has significantly eroded my confidence in the company.

on 6 June I had an activation for a 30 day European travel pass with a charge of $60. Since then I have been in Germany as well as Austria and I’m now in Hungary.  This morning at 01:00 I see a second charge for $60 on my account. tried getting in touch through the chat feature, but it does not seem to be working.   

Hi AllI was in a few prepaid self serve accounts today and noticed the below banner up on the main screen indicating bonus data for $25+ plans.  I tried to redeem the indicated code but it said invalid code.  It doesn’t look like a code but a placeholder for where a actual code would go.  Wondering if the website isn’t showing this properly of if it’s a mistake?  Anyone shed some light or perhaps pass this along so those internally can fix? TIA

I have twice tried to add the two week roaming add on to my plan. When I do I get a message saying I have paid for more data. Once in the US I am being told I will be charged the daily rate if I use my phone.I really want the two week add on - is it possible to receive this? And remove the daily charge?

Hi. I have recently switched to Koodo and have ordered 3 monthly plans for me and a couple of relatives. I used the exact same email and shipping details for each order but on the receipts, they each show a different account number.  On my actual self-serve account (I made this only after making the orders) it only shows one plan. How do I put all of the plans under this one account number and if possible, how do I cancel my order before the sims ship?? Please help, thanks!

I just created my Koodo Monthly porting over my number from Public Mobile and I am unable to add the free perk. I would like the rollover data.

I have just switched from Altima to Telus. On the Telus modem, LAN light is blinking amber other lights are green. I have internet. Should I be concern? What could blinking amber light on LAN means?

I have recently added a second line to my account, which should come with a free perk. While it prompts me to choose one, I consistently get an error message when trying to add it (have tried for several weeks). Trying to add rollover data. 

Every time I try to purchase a travel pass it sends a messages saying “Koodo: Nice. You have purchased more data to be used until the end of your bill cycle, which ends at 11:59pm on (insert date). Your data is no longer paused!”, but I can’t see any evidence of it getting actually added to my account. I tried to purchase it both before landing and after. I’ve also removed the international roaming and US roaming add-ons, but that hasn’t helped either. I’m currently in Europe, and would appreciate help as soon as possible. Thanks
