I've been billed by busuu for a subscription that was not authorized.I'm following up with busuu but in the meantime can koodo stop all third party billing on my account so this doesn't happen again.

Unable to set up cellular on new iPhone 17. My current android Samsung Galaxy S9 has a SIM card and is not compatible with eSIM, my new iPhone 17 does not take SIM card. How do I transfer cellular data/number to my iPhone 17?

I live in suburb of Halifax, NS, not in rural area. Should be fast but wifi @ 2.4Ghz is 56.9Mbps, @ 5Ghz is 156.4Mbps, wired (cat 5e 3ft cable) is 241.1Mbps. Both router and modem have been reset. Computer rebooted. Network card driver updated. I pay for 1Gbps subscription. 

I bought a travel pass for my self and one for my travel partner. His activated immediately upon arrival abroad. Mine has not. I’ve turned roaming on. And off.  And on.  Turned phone on and off. Have spent hours navigating through the bot to access an agent. So, I have no data for this trip but I really it. And I’m unable to access support. Please, can someone help?

Today I decided to use my self serve and change my phone number. I selected an number and accepted the terms. It went successful at this point. However my esim had issues configuring and the whole thibg didnt go round. After investigating on my end I called the number and a girl pickup the phone, which means another kodoo user had that number assigned already. And i was for some glitch, able to select her number as my new one. But now im stuck. I cant receive calls or send/text. I only have access to my data atm. Please can a representative revert or cancel that phone number request please?!?!

I moved my number from another provider. It works. But in my iPhone settings, my number is still listed as the one Koodo gave me when signing up. I have tried editing the number but it doesn’t save.

I've already tried:- Swapping DNS (ISP default via DHCP, Google 8.8.8.8, Cloudflare 1.1.1.1)- Eliminating wireless as the cause (tested wired, multiple devices)- Factory resetting the modemNone of it helped. Here are my current RF signal stats from the modem:Downstream (DOCSIS 3.0 — 32 channels)All channels locked on 256QAM. Power levels are consistently in the -4.6 to -6.9 dBmV range, SNR between 35.8–37.6 dB. Correctables and uncorrectables are essentially zero across all channels.Downstream 3.1 (OFDM — 2 channels)Both 4K

Hi all.  I got an Apple watch cellular plan, but it has NEVER worked. I’ve had it for months (possibly a year now), and it doesn’t work without my phone nearby.  I’ve attempted cellular setup a million times. Usually it will 1) not connect at all or 2) get part way through the setup process and then give me an error code with a Telus number to call. But every time I call the number and input the watch number, it says there’s no plan with that number. I’ve gone back to the store I bought the watch 3 times and they’ve hard reset the watch, and attempted to setup with the same issues, and proceed to tell me to call the number given.  I’m at a loss because I’m paying 10$ a month for a plan that I cannot access or use. Anyone have some trick that worked for them? I don’t want to return to watch and start over, but it’s seeming like I might have to

I`m having issues transferring my sim card from my iPhone XR to my iPhone 17, the 17 only uses eSIM, I initially had the option to convert the SIM in my XR to eSIM however it required i updated my IOS and once i did that option no longer presented itself, I can attempt to transfer the number using the install method on my 17 and get as far as confirming the transfer and entering the code on my XR that the 17 provides but rather than complementing the transfer my 17 will then tell me I need to contact Koodo to set up eSIM, however upon visiting Koodo that does not seem to the case. I am left confused and at a loss as to what I should do next as none of the the Koodo assist options are helpful and I cannot figure out a way to get a call back or speak to a live agent 

Lately, some Messenger messages arrive hours later, sometimes a day later on my Pixel 9. If I’m lucky enough to be home and on my computer I can receive them because my internet provider is not Koodo. What could be causing this? It is very annoying. 

I had installed an eSIM while on a trip to the U.S.  I have returned home and deleted the eSIM and since going back to my regular line both iMessage and FaceTime aren’t working. I’d like to speak to a human about this issue. How can I get someone from Koodo to call me back?  

I am new to Koodo. My free rollover data is not working. I tried different browsers, incognito, nothing works. Waited one billing cycle, no luck. Please suggest.

Brought my own phone to add a new line to existing Koodo plan. Ordered eSIM and it assigned a temporary number. When setting up on account it asked to transfer or change number so I chose change number as I wasn’t transferring from another provider. All good phone is working and new line shows on my existing account with our other phones. However now I am getting emails from Koodo for the temporary number asking to set up account. Also, on the self serve on my account it shows I am only 67% complete in setup and the new number needs to be added? Don’t know if this is a glitch that will resolve. The temporary number doesn’t show anywhere just getting emails for it. 

My current Iphone with current SIM card has been misplaced. I have a back up Iphone with a SIM card that was valid less than 30 days ago. Koodo’s assist states that I can use this card as long as it was not deactivated more than 90 days ago, but there is no info on how to reactivate.I cannot receive phone calls or SMS until my card is activated, so Koodo’s assist referring me for a call back will not work.Are there any live agents reading this that can help? 

Im trying to set up wifi calling on my phone. My phone number is not recognized by the koodo site when I enter it. My device appears to be VoLTE compatible. 

Is there any way to speed up the process of getting coaxial cable installed from the mast into my house? Purchased Koodo Internet to get away from bell and the price was attractive, the rep placed notes that a coax drop was needed and I’d be contacted by a third party company to have it install. No one contacted me or showed up and my activation date was yesterday April 14. I tried calling 4 separate times to Koodo and final got a hold of someone for answers, and was told they’ll put a ticket in for a tech. I demanded them to have it resolved by end of week or I’ll be canceling. Note I already paid for the service.

Hello, I need urgent support on this issue. I switched a phone number with Koodo prepaid to postpaid, and I was expecting the transfer would be complete after replying the SMS with YES instantly. It did cut my service as a prepaid customer but did not initiate the service with the postpaid, so I am out of service now. I cant receive calls, SMS, anything…I can not even get rep support because chatbox says the phone number is not matching. I am so dissapointed and I need to use the phone ASAP. Thanks for the help!Note: I tried flight mode, restarting the phone, ejecting the card and inserting back etc. none helped. 

I have a Moto G 5G manufactured in 2024.  My phone and the installed apps where all working fine up until this morning.  When using mobile data some of the apps on my phone will not load when they’re opened.  I’m met with a spinning circle, and they never fully load.  They load and work fine while using wi-fi, and also work on my husbands phone when using data.  I have restarted my phone multiple times.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the apps that I’m having issues with.  Cleared the cache for said apps.  I am at a loss.  It says I’m on the 5G network.  I manually switched to 4G and there was no change.  I feel like since they work fine using wi-fi it must be data related, but don’t know how or where to try and investigate it further or how to attempt to fix it.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

I switched to a 5G plan a few days ago but my phone does not give me the option to switch my “Preferred network type” to anything higher than 4G. What do I have to do?The phone is a OnePlus 8 (Model IN2015) running OxygenOS 13.1 (Android 13)
