Signal is getting worse Perth County Ontario. We have had Koodo phones since 2014 and the signal was 1 to 2 bars on the ground floor and 3 bars on our second floor but in the last 6 months the signal is nil to 1 bar on the ground floor and 1 to 2 bars on the second floor. At times can’t call or text, calls say number not on network and texts do not got thorough. Had Koodo Technical on phone to help made sure we were on LTE autoconnect, which we were but things have not changed.
With Telus and Koodo it looks like I don’t have option to priorize wifi calling over mobile network… I have second SIM card with T-Mobile, the US provider, and it does allow me to choose WiFi calling preference over mobile network. At my home the tower signal is weak most of the time, yet the phone keeps flipping between WiFi and mobile. When on WiFi the call quality is great ; once fallback to mobile network the call quality is abysmal and I have to keep asking to repeat what they said. This is extremely annoying when provider decided what is best for me. If Telus/Koodo do not change this policy I afraid I will have to look for better ervice.p.s. on my office Bell phone I also do have preference option to use WiFi calling over the network
Hello, I changed my plan to get access to the Free Data Rollover perk. However, it doesn't present as an option now that I've modified my plan. I'm pretty disappointed because I have to pay an extra 10$ without the perk I wanted. Is there a way to add it that I'm not thinking of. Thank you
iPhone 11, the red badge is showing As I have Voice Mail, but when I call Voice Mail, it says there are no messages. I have restarted, I have turned off and on cellular, I have reset network settings. Can’t seem to get rid of the badge. Any clues? How do I get Koodo to reset my voicemail? Thanks

I keep getting a notification that xfinity esim is attempting to set up on my iphone 14 pro. I am a Koodo customer and located in Canada. I do not have an xfinity account. I have restarted my phone several times and it still appears. if I tap the notification it goes to begin the esim set up. I tap cancel. A short while later it will appear again. Other then a factory reset how can I resolve this?
Hi, I just switched to a 5g plan last week but I am unable to switch from LTE to 5G on my iPhone 12 Pro. I checked the coverage map on Telus and nearly all of Vancouver is 5G covered, but even though trying from different places, I can’t get 5G to work. I’ve set it as always on as well.
My Dad is a fairly new koodo customer and he ported my number from another provider. Everything works but wifi calling. He is in Nunavut for work and need this fixed asap as only facebook messenger works for him. This is the main reason why he switched knowing he was going to travel in cell dead zone. Volte is turned on but as soon as he turn wifi calling on it asks me to “Enter Koodo mobile phone number and we’ll text you an access code.” He enter his number and the response is “The number entered doesn’t match our records. Count ******54. Sent messenger message too with screen capture but no answers. Can you make sure all is alligned on his account asap please
I’m travelling to Europe later this week and would like to look into an eSim for a short international plan. I’m going for two weeks so paying $15 a day gets pricey. I’ve seen a little info online about them but I’m not a very techy person. Does Koodo offer some type of esim you can purchase for a short trip. I’ve seen a couple online that are about $50 for 30 days and 30GB of data. Any info is appreciated!
When I turned on my data today it was only working sporadically. At first it was ok, then the next time I had the processing/loader bar keep circling. The next time it was fine again and then the time after that I was looking at a flyer page with text only and it was blank where the images should have been. It worked again but the last time I used it I got the processing circle again.This all happened within a 2 hr time frame, making it impossible at times for me to see my grocery app and also price match at the cash register. It’s where I usually shop so location is not a factor.Is this the place to report an issue?
