Koodo voicemail not connecting

My wife and I have our own cell phone, both on a Koodo plan.  When either one of us tries to access voice mail by dialing our own numbers, the call drops, and says not connected. Voicemail does not pickup when either  numbered is called, therefore messages cannot be left on either . Calls to other numbers  complete as normal Both cells have been powered down completely, network connections toggled. Bluetooth and Airplane modes have been checked. WiFi calling is off .
