I just got a phone from a Koodo dealer store yesterday, brought it home, it didn’t work properly (app crash, lots of glitches), so I came today to return it. Before I went for the return, I talked to Koodo customer service on the phone and they said I won’t be charged the $50 connection fee. However when I came to the store to return it, the sales rep said I would still be charged the $50 connection fee - which doesn’t seem very fair to me. I didn’t want to return the phone, I only had to cuz it was not working properly!I went through the contract and everything - couldn’t find the answer. Does anyone know if they will still charge me the connection fee or not? Thanks!
I spoke to a koodo rep last Wednseday via callback, to return a CPO purchased recently from webstore. I was told to expect an email with return instructions in 24 hours.Now it has been 6 days and I still have not got any email.Can someone please help to flag a rep to help to check.
Koodo broke my phone during an in warranty repair and now won't fix it even though I'm on a contract until 2023.
I have an s21+ that i bought in May 2021, it has been kept in an otterbox case for the entire time I've had it, and it was in pristine condition at the time of repair. It had a motherboard issue and they cracked the back plate near the flash. Koodo wouldn't have accepted it for repair for the motherboard if the phone had an existing crack, and my paperwork even says no damage, physical or cosmetic. Koodo is refusing to take responsibility for this and won't replace the phone even though this happened in their repair center. This is obvious damage from them removing the backplate but not heating the glue enough around the raised camera piece. I'm on disability and got this phone only because i take very good care of them, and it's not really fair of koodo to damage my property and then refuse to make it right. This happened in January and I've been trying to get them to fix it since then and my warranty is up in May this year but I'm still paying for it on the tab until 2023. How is t

So I broke my phone, I buy em out all the time.Im using koodo’’s prepaid service. Im out of town, no vehicle, no land line.I have medical appointments I need to go to. But cant because I dont have a phone, so I cant use my Cab account for transport. And no way to contact them, to order or buy a phone. And the website seems like they want me to sign up for a contract? Im not about that. I have cash, credit, whatever. I just need to figure out how to get a phone from koodo. and dont want to wait 2 weeks for a apple phone from apples website.
OK I’m board and probably venting off. I don’t even think I will push the create button. Ok I did. So here is my story.In January 2022 I got a Samsung Note 10+ From Koodo.About August my camera stopped working. Went to the closet Telus store (Business store) and sent my phone in for repair and came back, all within a week. perfect!. Klinik I believe is the repair company being summoned.Upon far inspection of the repair… The battery: dead, plugged it in and booted up the phone. camera still not working. No parts required. hmmm. Notes on the repair saying Physical Damage: Non-Economically Repairable. What the fries.A thought is issued. Lets send it back and question the note.Sent the phone back to the repair shop and less then a week goes by and the phone comes back. “Does the camera finally work” are my thoughts. Upon further inspection of the repair… The battery dead, plugged it in and booted up the phone. camera is still not working. No parts required. The back cover is not even glue
If I purchase an iPhone 14 pro from the Koodo website (I am already a Koodo customer) and I pay the full retail price, am I locked into staying with Koodo for a certain amount of time, or will I still be able to cancel my plan whenever I would like?
Bought an iPhone 12 last year on Koodo with a plan and immediately purchased 2 years of AppleCare. Screen stopped working last week. Sent in for repair. Get notified today that the repair depot won’t repair it under AppleCare because it has a 3rd party display. The phone has never been serviced by me and if it had needed a new display, i would have sent it in for AppleCare to fix (just like i’m doing now). So, either the repair depot is wrong (unlikely, they can easily tell genuine parts) or Koodo sold my a used phone with a 3rd party display and charged for a brand new one. It would be great to talk to someone at Koodo about this but that seems be impossible. I really don’t seem to have much recourse here but I’ll be switching from koodo ASAP.
Koodo assist keeps telling me nobody is available and when you phone customer service it just sends you a link to Koodo Assist!!I just need my order number to know when to be home because they sent it to a weird email that makes no sense rather than the one I have on file. Is nobody working? Why haven’t they addressed this yet??
Are There Any Penalties if Contract Is Ended Early? The tab balance on my iPhone 11 is $216 -- is it worth it to pay that off now so I can get an iPhone 14 Pro? If I wait until the end of my contract, I have to wait another 6 months. The iPhone 14 Pro has more features for health and I am a senior lady with cancer.from fourkitties Also, is there a penalty if I leave koodo now? My koodo contract ends in March 2023
I recently switched from Telus to Koodo so that I could upgrade to a new phone online and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Every time I go to select shop I get a notification saying to call a rep as the order cannot be processed. Which I have called twice and am told that it’s an online only option and cannot be authorized on their end. When selecting a phone to put in my chart, it shows that the option is online only. Yet at the same time it’s also saying in-store only. Complete contradiction. Went to a store today and they said that they don’t sell certified pre-owned devices and I need to buy it online which is what I’ve been trying to do. I’m really disappointed by this experience.
I ordered a phone earlier this morning, but the email I used for the order was not the email on my account, so I’m trying to figure out if I’m able to change my email so I can track my order. I’ve tried setting up a callback time but it won’t let me and keeps saying that they are too busy. Is anyone able to help with this issue?
I am trying to switch to koodo and purchase a new cell phone and use the Tap Plus. However, the site keeps freezing and not letting me get past credit check and doesn’t actually do the credit check, it only asks for my credit card info. I try to refresh and same thing happens. I am also trying to schedule a callback so I can actually talk to someone about setting up an account and getting a phone and the live chat bot is not allowing me to schedule. Is there something else I can do to purchase this phone and set up this account. Ugh.
Ordered Samsung flipphone on 9 Sept 2022. Order HFO33878591 shipped 11 Sept 2022.At time of shipping a UPS tracking number [sensitive information removed] was issued. Tried to track number on 12 Sept 2022, but UPS site claims this is an invalid tracking number. What do I do now?
I pre ordered the iPhone 14 pro max on pre order day. I received my confirmation email, but when I go to track progress on the Koodo site, it’s saying invalid order #. Also, there wasn’t a unit # attached to my address on file, so I’m scared it won’t get delivered to my correct address. HELP! Lol
I’m trying to add a line to my account and the transactions are constantly failing at different points. I’ve tried different browsers, different platforms, and at different times.So far the furthest I’ve gotten was payment verification (which never completed).Most of my attempts are stalling at the first step with the “Oops! Something went wrong.” page. Anybody else having luck at the moment? Is it the whole website or just my account that’s having difficulties?
