Hi I have a tab of 8 more months to pay and the tab bonus balance of just over $400. When is the earliest time period when I can get a new phone? For example with two months left on the tab will the tab bonus balance of $400 be forgiven? I don't want to pay back the tab bonus balance. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi there,
So as apart of your 2 year agreement, you're always liable for the remaining portion of a tab bonus if you end the contract early. This is because the amount of bonus you're given is just spread out over the 24 months.
As you get closer to the end of the term, the balance gradually decreases similar to your regular tab, however, there will always be a balance until the end of the term. Sometimes people are offered special promotions to end their term early and koodo cover the remaining balances, though, this rarely happens and is random. I hope this help 🙂👍
