I am new to Koodo. My free rollover data is not working. I tried different browsers, incognito, nothing works. Waited one billing cycle, no luck. Please suggest.

Hi Koodo Community,I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has faced something similar.A few weeks ago, I ported my number to Fido. Shortly after, Koodo’s Winback Team called me and offered a deal: I would get an additional $10 if I used autopayment, even if it was with a credit card. That sounded fair, so I agreed.Now, after a month, I received an SMS saying that the offer only applies if I use a Bank account autopay, and not a credit card. This is extremely frustrating and feels like a bait-and-switch. I was promised something, and now I’m being told I don’t qualify because of a technicality that was never mentioned.This kind of misleading offer is really disappointing, especially from a brand I trusted. Has anyone else experienced this? Does Koodo actually honor the original promise, or am I out of luck?I’d love to hear if there’s any way to escalate this or get this deal honored.

Hi everyone,I’m posting here to raise a serious concern regarding the mobile network service I’ve been experiencing with Koodo Mobile for over two years now.It has been extremely difficult to even reach customer service. When I finally managed to connect, the call took a very long time, and I was given a ticket number with a promise that the technical support team would call me back within 48 hours. It has now been more than two days, and I have not received any callback.I currently live in Richmond, which is a major metro area near Vancouver International Airport, yet I consistently get only one network bar at my residence. The network is unreliable and often completely unusable. I frequently cannot make or receive calls, and mobile data barely works.What’s more concerning is that this issue is not limited to just one location. Hi, I need help with a billing issue. I originally took a plan that was around $38.42/month including tax, and I’ve been paying that for months.Recently my bill increased to $44.07 and now $51.98, and my account is showing the plan as $46.00, before tax.I did not request any plan change, and I didn’t get any clear notification about this increase.Can anyone please explain this?

Brought my own phone to add a new line to existing Koodo plan. Ordered eSIM and it assigned a temporary number. When setting up on account it asked to transfer or change number so I chose change number as I wasn’t transferring from another provider. All good phone is working and new line shows on my existing account with our other phones. However now I am getting emails from Koodo for the temporary number asking to set up account. Also, on the self serve on my account it shows I am only 67% complete in setup and the new number needs to be added? Don’t know if this is a glitch that will resolve. The temporary number doesn’t show anywhere just getting emails for it. 

I ordered my phone online two weeks ago and no replies or shipments but my monthly charges are increased. 

My wife was with Koodo, we called in to switch her account to mine. After hours being on the phone we gave up and told the agent to leave it and we hung up. The next day we called TELUS and switched to TELUS. We did not know that the agent actually completed the transfer and we will billed $90 for this. After months we notice our credit score has dropped from Koodo. I called in and they looked into it and said they fixed it and our score would be reversed and it would all be fixed. It still isn't fixed. Our credit score has taken a huge hit and is continuing to drop. I have tired to reach out many times but no luck. This is my last option before finding out another way to escalate this.

Hi, while waiting to board our next flight to Thailand on January 20th, , I was removing my SIM card at the airport in Dubai and inserted my Thai SIM card. Took me a minute….you charged me $18 plus tax. I looked at my phone and I had the roaming turned off. I had to insert my Koodo SIM card for one minute to receive a notification code from my bank. My roaming was turned off and somehow you charged me once again on my April bill, I’d like this to be waived since this is clearly not right. julie 

Hi, I’ve ported out my number to a different carrier and the month after, I got reverse charged the usual pre-authorized payment discount I had in the past.I used to get $10 discount off every bill with pre-authorized payment. Upon cancellation, my bill was prorated which is what I expected, and was correct. However the very next bill, I rather got charged $10. This to me is Koodo trying to overcharge me. Please reverse this charge and pay my negative balance back. 

Hi, I need urgent help.My Koodo service was cancelled today (April 17), but my flight is only tonight. I have requested cancellation for the end or the day, but I’ve completely lost access to my number.Because of this, I’m unable to:Contact support (since callback and live chat requires my number, and it says number is incorrect) Book a cab easilyThis has put me in a very difficult situation on my travel day.Can someone please advise if there is any way to temporarily restore or extend the service until April 18?This is urgent — I need immediate assistance.

I press it and cannot find it in my email and junk email. That makes me cannot pay the bill and cancel the service. This idiot company do not provide the service unless phone call.

I live in a border town. This is the first time that it thinks I'm roaming. It won't go back to my koodo service. I turn roaming off and I loose my data that I'm paying for. I can't get any of my calls or make them. Tho I I'm still in canada. Have my location on thinking it'll help but it's not

I’ve moved to a new provider that had a very good deal, so my number has moved and my service with Koodo is officially canceled. However, now the chat doesn’t work since the number is inactive and I can’t discuss the final bill with anyone. This final bill shows a full charge even though service has been cancelled days into this new period, it’s not a partial charge. Payment due by May 11th. I’m confused. Why am I being charged for a full period when I’ve cancelled the service? How does this work and who do I talk to for clarification and explanation? 

I signed up for Stream+ Basic last year, but never clicked any of the links I received by email to set up my Self Serve account, and now the links say they’re expired. I haven’t been able to find any other way to register for an account.Thanks!

On March 28, 2026, my phone activated Easy Roam when I had not left the country. The charge needs to be removed from my phone.

I switched to another plan, and you promised me a 10 CAD discount monthly after this. But I get the same bill amount still. Why?

I want to switch to this plan.  It says it has USA roaming, but you can add it as perk?? I am confused.I just want to know that I wont’ be charged roaming while in USA or Mexico on this plan. My current Iphone with current SIM card has been misplaced. I have a back up Iphone with a SIM card that was valid less than 30 days ago. Koodo’s assist states that I can use this card as long as it was not deactivated more than 90 days ago, but there is no info on how to reactivate.I cannot receive phone calls or SMS until my card is activated, so Koodo’s assist referring me for a call back will not work.Are there any live agents reading this that can help? 

Every time I try to schedule a call back the site displays “xavlab.xyz refused to connect” and that’s it.What hapenned to being able to call a human?I need to get my plan changed to something that ISN’T available via self-help.How can I talk to a human? 

Hi everyone,I just recently joined Koodo and ran into a perk issue. When I selected “Unlimited long distance,” I received a message saying “Your plan has been updated,” but I never got a confirmation email. Also, the perk does not show as selected in my account.I’ve tried going through the change‑perk process and selecting a different free perk, then went back and re‑selected my original option. However, it still isn’t working.Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to get it fixed? Thanks!

Hi I am a new customer.  I am trying to add a free perk of 3 day easy roam International.  I added it in in self-service, but it never really registered.  I tried nearly 2 weeks now, nothing works, it keep saying I need to add a free perks.  Can anyone help? Thanks.

I was just told by a customer service representative that there is no internet plan that has the Boost Wi-Fi 6. Is this true?Boost Wi-Fi 6 and Boost Wi-Fi 6 Lite are both listed here:https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-your-modem-and-routerIf its true, why are they both listed? Were they available at some point?
