I drive for Uber and Uride, and I rely on your service for my work in Vernon, BC.Due to the outages on March 10 and March 27, I was unable to work and lost income.I would like to request compensation or at least a bill credit for the disruption.

terminate my service, it is garbage, I cant work due to disconnects. Even Google DNS goes crazy

I have paid over due balance today. Was told that I have service restored within the hour today. And this was early this morning. I have been told six times today to turn off and turn on and I would have service.  I sent over $700 for this bill and I still don’t have service. Can’t call or text. 

I've called many time already and I keep getting disconnected after being in hold for 15 minutes. Please cancel my internet immediately. 

I am the account holder for three lines on my account, but none of those lines are used by me—they belong to my children. I personally use a phone with a different provider.When I request a callback, the system doesn’t account for this situation. I’m asked to receive the call on one of the lines on the account, which isn’t practical since my children live out of town and are the ones using those phones.This process used to work properly, so I’m not sure why it has changed. At the moment, if I have an issue with one of the lines, I’m expected to coordinate with my child—have them answer the call from Koodo and then pass along my number. This is unnecessarily complicated and a poor use of everyone’s time.There should be an option for the account holder to receive callbacks on a different phone number. I can’t be the only customer in this situation.it shouldn’t be this complicated to speak to a real person since koodo assist can’t help me with my problem.Now i start the process of organiz

I signed up for an account and am being charged but never received an activation email. When I try to get help, they require me to put in my Koodo phone number which is useless because it isn’t activated.

I was contacted by a Koodo representative.  He offered a 30% discount on my current account an as a promotion, I was to receive a phone.  It was supposed to be a samsung Galaxy but I received an Iphone 17 a couple days later.  It was supposed to be free.  I just got my bill and it shows my monthly charges to be over $500/month.  I don’t know what a tab plus upgrade is.  At no time during my conversation was I asked for any personal info(pin, card number...)  I did not even want another phone.  What do I do now?

I would like to to give a review of sales associate  Tanveer. He works at the Devonshire mall branch of koodo . He helped my spouse and myself with our new phones . I got the samsung S26+ and my spouse got the S26 ultra.  Tanveer was knowledgeable and was quick at transferring everything from our old phones..we both had the S22 ultra.  He was also very compassionate when my spouse had a medical concern.  All is ok now on that front. I have had people tell me that if I switch to another provider I will get a cheaper plan. That may be true, but I LOVE koodo customer service, both in store and on line. As someone who works retail, I know how important customer service is. Regardless of the type of business,  without the customer,  there is no business. 

Just signed up with  Koodo.  I am the primary subscriber and I have 2 other lines of my children. The customer relationship manager accidentally recorded incorrect last names for my children. How can I edit those details? I was told I am able to edit it through Koodo app. Where can I do so? 

Hi, I have a 14-day Travel Pass for my upcoming 15-day trip to China. I also have the $0 Easy Roam International add-on on my account. Can you confirm that once my 14-day pass expires, my phone will automatically switch to the Easy Roam daily rate for the 15th day if I continue using data?"

Called multiple times but unable to get through online or over the phone. keep going to hold music and no one answering the call. waiting on call for last 2 hrs.. callback option also going to hold without anyone answering… Or my calls gets dropped off. Staff in store cannot help. 

I signed up for stream plus basic and have not been able to sign up for a self serve account. It’s going in a loop saying that my postal code and phone number do not match. I’ve tried chat but can’t get anywhere without an account. I also tried calling support and they weren’t able to help. Anyone who has had this issue that can help??This has been a very horrible experience. I can’t even cancel since I don’t have a self-service account!

Hello,I was wondering if Koodo would price match with other service provider,and if I can change to a rate plan that is cheaper than current one.Self serve - change plan only shows the rate plans with the same price or higher.Thanks.

I set up pay in installments and was approved,  but now that I've made the first payment the information is not showing on my account and im freaking out. Was I supposed to go through the link instead of paying the way I usually do? Did I di something wrong? I can't afford to have my phone cut off!

Helloi travelled to India from Canada between 27th to 19 March but never used my phone for data and seems that if you see they got activated in transit as might have taken out at air port from air mode and connect airport internet.the duration is only one min and it’s a mistake.please revert the charges as my humble request. regradsdeepa

Hi! I was recently in the US for work, turned off my main sim and added and eSim to be able to still use my phone. Just got my bill and I was charged data roaming for 1 day, for apparently using data for 1 minute at 9:00am (which is even stranger as I was either on a flight into San Francisco at that point or was in the airport, still with my personal Sim turned off).Just went round in circles with the Koodo Assistant and trying to find a number to call - somehow wound up being redirected to Telus' web pages and then back to Koodo. Anyone know how I can flag this with Koodo?

I have two phone plans. One for me which is fine, and another one that my daughter uses. I’d like switch the auto pay off of her phones plan, and switch the number to her new phone. I find it impossible to get anywhere with this issue. 

First line - port from Rogers, no problem, done and got a welcome text in 30 mins.  second line- port from telus, reply yes, confirmed, no welcome text from Koodo. Waited all night and but still no text. Checked self serve online and both phone lines say that the numbers were ported successfully though.  But as the Koodo website says “you’ll know the transfer is done when you receive a welcome text". I’m not on the koodoo network and cannot call or text or use data. 

Hello I ordered an internet subscription at the end of Februrary, with a scheduled start date of March 31.  My concern is that it is nearly March 31 and I have not received an activation email.  Is it normal for an activation email to be sent so late?I have received the equipment a few days after subscribing.

I’m in Calgary.  My mobile internet seem to be down since 4pm today, March 27.  Now it is 10pm, still not working.  Changed my sim to another phone, still don’t work, so its not my phone.  Also tested my wife’s phone who also uses Koodo, also not working as well.   It only works at home since we have Wi-fi, anyone else having these issues?    However, no issues on calling on both devices.

I’m in BC and never left Canada, but I got a roaming message when I was driving saying “Welcome to the US”.Now my Mobile Data and RCS messaging does not work (calls and sms still work). I also never received a ‘welcome back to Canada’ message.I’ve already checked my network settings, APN and everything seems to be in order (connected to Koodo 5g, correct koodo APN, not data roaming). Tried turning on/off airplane mode, restarted the phone, reinserted sim card and the data does still not work. When wifi is on the data works.Can a koodo rep please reprovision my data? It seems like my line is stuck in a roaming state? This is for my phone number ending in *441 Edit: I think this may be due to the current wide telus/koodo outage

Hi Koodo Community,My mobile data is completely down here in Surrey, BC, and it's significantly impacting my day. I rely on this connection for my work and daily tasks, and being cut off like this is a major disruption.l've already restarted my phone, toggled airplane mode, and confirmed I'm well within my data limits.Nothing is working. I'm seeing others on social media mentioning Telus/Koodo network issues today-can a rep please confirm if there is a tower outage in the Surrey area?This service level is unacceptable. I need a status update or a fix immediately.

I am having a hell of a time trying to get a callback from technical support for this.I'm in Whitehorse, Yukon. We have had our own timezone in The Yukon since 2020. We don't change our time for daylight savings (or rather, we're on permanent daylight time). Recently many timezones made their switch to daylight time, this includes Alberta. I was surprised to see my phone had switched to Mountain Daylight Time when Alberta switched, and I noticed that I only had automatically set time enabled on my phone, and not set time from location. When I enabled location time, it got the right timezone. But still I was confused why the cell tower was giving me the wrong timezone, so I looked into what time info the tower was giving my phone. It turns out that the towers in Whitehorse are using Edmonton as the location for timezone, which is obviously incorrect even before we had our own timezone (we were on Pacific Time previously). I've tried to contact technical support about this, but the syste

Hi Koodo, I ran into something with the perk system that honestly doesn’t make much sense. I’m on a plan that already includes Canada, US, and Mexico roaming with data, talk, and text. But when I go to choose my perk, one of the options is still “3-day Easy Roam US”. At that point… what is that perk even supposed to do?🙄 US roaming is already included in the plan, so this ends up being a perk that adds zero value. And since we only get to pick one, it basically means one of the options doesn’t apply depending on the plan you’re on. It really feels like the perk list isn’t adapted at all and everyone just gets the same options, even when some of them clearly overlap with what’s already included. This seems like a missed opportunity to offer something more relevant instead. For example, Koodo already has “Number Share” for smartwatches, which people ask about all the time. A perk like that would make a lot more sense here than something that duplicates what the plan already includes. Ri
