I have bought a 100GB self-serve plan. However, when trying to activate my account through Koodo Self-Serve, the verification code does not get sent to my phone number. I have tried contacting support agents, but I cannot do so because I can't log in to any account. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Hi there, im abroad and cant cancel my service. I tried online and it won’t work. I’m being charged for a service that isn’t being used as of the end of May.  Please help as I need to discontinue my Koodo plan! I don’t have access to X nor Facebook. Please help!

So is this plan still available? The website is definitely giving me a hard time. I was able to do the whole check-out procedure… but nothing happened to my account… nothing charged to my card?

I have a google pixel phone and a square to accept payments from customers.  I do live on a boarder town (Canadian with USA neighbor).  My roaming is off, location is set to exact location.  My square will not process payment and gives me an “invalid location” error message.  Square has checked my dashboard etc. and the issue is not with Square.  Any ideas?  I have tried everything google has suggested.  I am assuming it is my network because other vendors that have other providers are not having the same issue.  Thank you, any suggestions are welcomed.  With no access to Koodo staff, my next option is to change providers.

I’m at a loss for words I paid my phone bill and my account is canceled and I can’t get through to anyone as there is no numbers to call

I added the Asia Easy Roam 14 Day Pass few days ago and received a confirmation email but when I got to Asia, the text message says “Koodo: Welcome to *name of country*!  You do not have Easy Roam…”  How do I check if I have it or not?  I don't want to return from my trip with a crazy bill

Please refer to my July 1016 bill for the amount of $106.88 the last payment I was billed $73.17 why is my July bill so high? I owe my Smartphone since May 2026. Hello, I wanted to contact Koodo today to understand why my phone bill went up without notice and what my options are for other phone plans.What should have been a simple process turned into a long, frustrating and EXTREMELY disappointing turn of events with Koodo's website, AI chat bot and live agent.Here are my complaints as long standing koodo customer.1. AI agent chat bot on your website is absolute garbage. It always has been.Whatever higher up people decided to use this chat bot software for your website should be fired. It’s clear that Koodo/Telus only cares about money and could give two **** about their customers and customer service.2. It’s impossible to find contact number on your website! Again, another example of Koodo not giving a **** about their customers.After googling it, I found your number and called. The phone script suggests the customer use your AI agent and disconnects call. To be disconnected and redirected to the garbage chat bot is infuriating.3. It takes 15

I was misinformed that a price increase did not apply to me.  The increase was added to my account and I took it up with a chat rep.  After sending an irrelevant reply, they apologized for the error and offered to apply a one month credit of the increase.  I delayed responding because I was away without my credentials (need to repeat them over and over).  I finally found out how to get a record of the chat and the last part isn’t there any more.  I’m very disappointed with Koodo.

My sim suddenly stopped working today. It is not connecting to network. My account shows it has got several updates today, which I didn't request. Some rep messaged and said my account has got updated and is now transferred to an esim now. My phone doesnt even support esims.  I think someone is trying get access to my number which is a major security issue for me. But no one is support has even called me yet. Koodo will he liable for any loss that happens due to this. Two months ago a similar fraud took place at a koodo store related to my account. Now based on reps message the updates have taken place today at the same koodo store. What kind of fraud prevention do you have?

Hi Folks,Over the past week-ish my home internet service has been having outages every evening. My WiFi is working, just no internet access. Unplugging and reconnecting the modem seems to reset the behaviour. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Koodo is so hard to contact I wanted to ask here first. Honestly this is likely pushing us to switch to another provider.

I can't add a line, I can't shop for phones, I can't add device, but they keep bugging me to add home internet, I doubt they'll let me tho, they bugged me for months to switch my my post paid plan to koodoo and all I can do is literally pay my bill? I think I'm going back roblox mobile where I get twice as much for half the cost, Koodo truly just wants ur money , I know it cuz the only om not restricted from is paying my over charged bill!!!!    So I'll see you all at public mobile??

Hello, Hopefully I can find help here!  I transferred through the app from Public Mobile to Koodo.  My number says it's active when I login to self serve.  I didn't receive a welcome email or an eSIM.  My phone doesn't have any service so I cannot receive a call back from Koodo or any texts.   I'm stuck here.  Is there an email option to get help?  

The first 7 months I had my Koodo account I was using only 5-10GB of my 20GB plan, but the last few months I’ve been using close to 20GB of my data, but the way that I’m using my phone hasn’t changed. I’ve adjusted which apps use cellular data, turned my data off when I’m not on wifi, and even powered off my phone to avoid using up my data. I know that my Koodo account shows me how much data I used at what time of day, but since it doesn’t show me what is using the data, I can’t seem to solve the issue. It shows me that in one day, I used 7.5GB of data, except I was not on my phone very much that day and so I have no idea what could have triggered such a huge amount of data usage. I think I need to adjust some settings, but I’m not sure which ones, so any help/advice is much appreciated.

We moved and my currently registered card had expired  but I cannot update my address. I’ve tried different browsers, as suggested in previous posts, but that didn't work. Koodo Assist just keeps taking me in a loop back to the profile page. Can anyone help?

So Koodo fixed my data/ texting usage counter after my new billing cycle startedx my calling usage counter was working always.Koodo still hasn’t fixed this issue can someone from Koodo’s team please put in a ticket for the system to recognize both my lines already have 3 perks. So it doesn’t bother me to ask to another one. its gonna bother me.before you Koodo reps ask me yes I already erased the browsing history used every browser I’m on the latest iOS. I have deleted the app and re downloaded the app.  please for love god fix your issues and stop being like ICBC claim center. make the prompt that says I can get another perk go away. Since I’m already maxed out 

Hi i answered a survey from koodo team last July 7, but i realize now that it is phishing email. I was coming from night shift half asleep whem i recieved an email notification from koodo team abouy how likwly will you recommend koodo to your friends from 0 to 10. It did not request for sensitive data but the survey goes on to ask about how excellent was the service from excellent to poor, what type of service we use, what internet and cable we subscribe. The age range whichbi answered and number of household which i did not answer as opt out. I was going throug my email messages now to delter read messages and i came accross of this phishing messgar i answered.ladt July 7 also included in the.survey of a 500 entry draw visa  reward after answering. I realize this is phishing the only compromise entey is my cellphone number. Do i need to report it to koodo, how and where to report it. Thanks

I got a text from short code 5805 asking me to reply with "Y" or "N" to confirm a recent online order. The email contained the correct order details and my phone number. I just thought it was strange that koodo is texting me to confirm an order when I already have the email confirmation.  

I set up pre-authorized payment and I can see pre authorized payments enabled on Koodo bill screen display. Every month bill paid $44.80 automatically. Please check it out. please give $19 credit.thank you 

Please remove the roaming charge from my wife Gabriela’s account. We live very close the the US border in Manitoba and didnt cross the border. Her phone mustve connected to a cell tower across the border

I have a Koodo home phone that has not worked in ages, so I ended up getting a second home phone from another provider. Now I am trying to port my Koodo home phone number to the new provider. However, the port request was rejected, as Koodo was unable to reach me. Of course, the reason that Koodo was unable to reach me is that my Koodo home phone is not working. I had already notified Koodo that my Koodo home phone was not working, so I am not sure why Koodo tried to reach me at my non-functioning Koodo home phone. Another issue may be that my Koodo home phone appears on my Koodo bill as a mobile phone. I noticed on this thread  that Koodo sends text messages to confirm porting requests. However, even if my Koodo home phone were working, it would not be able to receive text messages.  I have already scheduled a callback with a Koodo agent, but I don’t think that the Koodo agent understood what I was saying. So the issue has not yet been resolved.
