WIFI Calling Issue - The Number Entered Doesn't match or records.

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.  I have a postpaid account and moved to a place that has no signal in the basement (Where i work) and when i try to set up wifi calling I get the above message:   The Number Entered Doesn't match or records.  When I try to call in I get no answer, and am directed to the chat bot who just goes in circles and doesn’t give me an option to call anyone.  Any way i can resolve this?  Wifi calling is important and I will have to move to another carrier if I can’t use it.

There's no separate VoLTE add-on to add on your account, VoLTE is auto-provisioned in Koodo's carrier settings on newer plans.

Did you recently port or transfer this number to Koodo? On a freshly ported line that error usually means the transfer hasn't fully completed on Koodo's end rather than an actual Wi-Fi calling fault. As well, did you try enabling it while the phone had Koodo cellular signal? On Android you sometimes have to turn Wi-Fi calling back on after being out of network range, so I would try the activation upstairs rather than in the basement.

I would also reset the network settings on the S25 Ultra and try again. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling

Thank you ufor your replay.

I did port my number from Rogers.  6 years ago.  I've only recently moved my office to the basement.  Yes I tried enabling while having coverage.  Same issue.

Network reset didn't work.  Same issue as before.
