Hey! I was going to purchase a new iPhone 16 today but when I checked my promotions the $300 discount has disappeared!! It was there yesterday and today, gone!
Anyone have this issue before? Any luck getting them to honor the promotional price?

Promotions come and go, unfortunately. Koodo just as often doesn’t advertise an expiry date. If it’s over, it’s over.
There’s nothing to honour here unfortunately, as the promo is over. If you had it in your cart, that’s not a protection of a price. The vendors that do offer such protection often have a 15 minutes or shorter timer on it.
