We have checked and the device is out of warranty, however, as Dinh suggested, you can visit a Mobile Klinik location for repair options or battery replacement (there will be a cost for it since the hub is out of warranty).
The other option would be to speak to a rep and purchase new hub, either financed, on a monthly tab or outright.
A connection fee would apply for the purchase.

+4Are you an existing customer need replacement for your home phone? I don’t think Koodo is selling it separately. You would have to activate a new wireless home phone to get a new one. If your device has issue, you could also check in with the option to repair it.
