Hi there,
You would first have to unsuspended the account to be able to do a sim swap. I would recommend first picking up a sim from your closest koodo kiosk/Telus store. This is about $10 plus tax.
From there, unsuspend the account and you can follow the steps below to change your sim card in self serve. This will allow you to start using your number again. 🙂
