Hi All! I am buying a new unlocked iphone from a friend which I want to set up. My current Koodo plan has a small amount left on my Tab. How do I handle this transfer? I would think I need to pay the Tab balance before transferring the number but this can take up to a month. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Do I need to visit a store? Thanks.

If you are staying with koodo and you are buying the phone from your friend, you dont need to worry about your tab.
Koodo’s tab only needs to be paid back if you are getting another tab early, or if you are leaving koodo.
Just move your eim/esim over to the new phone and you are good to go. No need to go to a store. Just follow the esim transfer instructions here
