Anyone know what happens if you subscribe to stream + but already have an annual price membership that is all paid up until January? Do I get billed for the prime portion monthly still immediately or is there some sort of discount.

You can contact Amazon to cancel and ask for a prorated refund for the unused days, or you can signup for stream+, link it to that Amazon account, and then Amazon will pause the days used for the annual membership you bought and will resume the remaining days whenever you cancel stream+ in the future.
