Is the Sonim XP Pro expandable? Online reviews say yes, but Koodo doesn't mention it.

I assume that you mean expandable storage memory? Yes I see that the Koodo Mobile lsited technical detaisl do not mention expandable storage. I do see the OEM spec sheet page say it has expandable storage up to 2TB micro SD card:
