I still had my old address, on the account, without realizing it. The delivery was canceled when they tried to drop it off.
I've since updated my account but now need to know how to get my phone.

+4If the delivery was cancelled and returned to sender then the whole purchase will be refunded once they receive the phone back and process it, at which point you can then re-order to the correct address.
