Numbers seem to dial out but the call is ended without any pickup on the other end. This occurs with all numbers (toll-free and other). Texting works and mobile data works. My account shows as Active.

Ah good. General troubleshooting for the future, I would suggest toggling airplane mode, restarting your phone, and even swapping sims with another phone if available to see if the problem follows. Other times, it’s a short duration network issue likely how you just experienced. Hopefully it stays very rare or doesn;t happan again at all. But network up time of 100% is all but impossible to ensure for any provider.
