Calls not going out

Just talked to Koodo rep about similar issue I have with mine, says known issue, working on it, high priority, recommend wifi calling if possible.

I can’t connect with 1-866 numbers which is really hampering my ability to work today. I tried on wifi (my usual) and without and neither is working. Fingers crossed this gets resolved very soon.

There is an ongoing issue with the network. Have you tried to toggle on and off airplane mode on your phone? That might resolve it.
