To cancel the line you added for your friend on your Koodo account, you need to schedule a callback with Koodo customer service via koodo.com/chat. Type “I want to cancel” and follow the prompts to request line cancellation. If the line has a device tab or is under someone else’s ownership, additional steps like transferring ownership or returning the device may be required.
