Cancel internet i want my money back!!!

I am now 15 days in with no service from koodo internet even though it tells me online that my service is active…. i had a tech come in as well and could not solve it so i got another callback and they said they would send  new equipment…..

I was told i would get new equipment on the 9th then the tracking number said the 11th and i had to call and see why i still don't have it as of the 14th and the tracking number said no estimated delivery time and I'm now told it will arrive on the 17th after calling the shipping company i know that the shipping company is more at fault on this part then koodo but you pick the shipping company and don’t supply your technicians you use with spare equipment that is on koodo not to anticipate the technicians needing this.

The amount of time im spending on hold with people and call backs is nuts i should be being paid or discounted at at least minimum wage with how much time of mine has been waisted! the communication has been SOOOOO BAD!!!! every time i ask for a call back it comes 1-2 hours later and then it puts me on hold for a hour or so or worse puts me on hold them tells me sorry but were closed get another callback tomorrow

this is silly  15 days late of having me hooked up i even booked the OG date off what a waist of my time and money!

 

I should not say this cuz i don't wanna get the tech in trouble but sadly even the Tech that came in said go with someone else koodo internet is horrible! he recommended staying with my old provider or going with purple cow. after ½ a month of dealing with this i agree with him!

PLEASE GET BETTER AT COMMUNICATION KOODO

 

again i love the mobile but this has been beyond pissing me off with the company so bad that a customer of over 15 years is leavening such a bad experience ill be thinking i may go with a competitor next time with mobile as well

 

Just got through to a callback to cancel and told them now im on hold even though i told them i don't wanna be on hold again for a hour been on hold 20 min so far

 

CAN YOU STOP PUTTING PEOPLE ON HOLD AND CALL THEM WHEN READY TO SPEAK!

most holds now say “would u like to leave a callback number or remain on hold press 1 to leave a callback number” or something along them lines this feels like its on perpous to not need to deal with customers.

Thank you. i got a hold of someone from whatever department cancels after explaining my situation she talked me into giving them another chance and insuring me that the 15 days its been saying its active that i wont be charged + wont count towards my 30 days of deciding if i want my money back she was vary good after a long vary pissed off conversation with her she calmed me down.  …. Unfortunately it was way to hard to get to someone and has been way to many times being placed on hold to get a hold of that staff member or any staff members. I was told i would get a text at some point to communicate with them at some point so i can in future dates skip the holds.

(The call back system so needs to be fixed to just call when you have someone available) i don't mind the wait nearly as much if i don't need stay near my phone listing to fuzzy on hold music.

 

I had half a CRTC complaint filled out before i got through to that staff member when we ended that conversation i did not expect i would hold off and that or continue to stay with koodo so she was vary good and took accountability for the failings on koodos side was willing to somewhat explain what was going on and why to a degree that i felt was more honest and upfront about why i have been having such a hard time. (as long as in the next few days when i get my new package they are able to resolve this and i no longer need to be put on hold constantly)
