When someone’s calling me it’s automatically automatically send them to voicemail but when I try to when I tried to call them, it works perfectly fine

That’s super weird; calls to you go straight to voicemail, but your outgoing calls work fine.
Did you check if Call Forwarding is accidentally turned on?
Go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding and make sure it’s off.
If it’s already off, try toggling it on and off again.
If that doesn’t help, it might be a network-side issue; Koodo reps can check if something’s set up wrong on their end.
