Immediate Action Required: Cancel My Internet Service

It’s honestly ridiculous how this company handles communication. I’ve been trying to cancel my internet subscription for two hours, and no one answers when I call. When I use Koodo Assist and request a call back, they call me immediately, but the automated system says they will call me again, and no agent ever speaks. When they call again, they suddenly say, “Oh, your request was about the internet?” even though I clearly stated twice what the call back was for.

Then the agent tells me to wait while they connect me to the internet department. I waited for another hour, and again no one answered. What kind of call back service is this, where you still have to wait an hour on hold, and even then no one helps?

I want my internet subscription canceled as soon as possible so I can be done with this company and their terrible service.

If your internet account is visible in Self Serve under “Internet and subscriptions,” check for a “Manage subscriptions” section. Some users do see a cancel option there for home internet.
•    Log in to Self Serve on a browser
•    Go to Internet / Subscriptions
•    Look for “Manage subscriptions” and see if any “cancel” or “end service” option is available
If that option is there and works, you avoid the whole callback queue.

I first tried to cancel my service through Self Serve, but when I click Cancel Subscription, it redirects me to a page that says: “If you need assistance ending your Koodo Internet service, give us a call at 1-855-350-1170.” That puts me right back into the same frustrating loop.

I have also submitted the callback request specifically as “cancel home internet” several times, but every time they call, they simply tell me I need to be transferred to the internet department. Then the callback puts me on hold again, and the whole cycle repeats with no resolution.

Please escalate this urgently. I want this service cancelled as soon as possible.
Kindly provide the label and all required information for returning the equipment, and process the cancellation immediately.

I’ll flag a rep to help out. This has been a known issue this week for those attempting to cancel Koodo internet.

Just make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they will have all the necessary account information to look into it. Note they may send you a private message on this platform for extra details if required. 👍

This the the same issue for me. It’s literally sooooo frustrating. Wasting my money and time. I need to cancel my home Internet ASAP. Koodo people. Respond to me. I am just to tired for your services .

I have been trying to cancel my Koodo home internet for three days now. Every time I call a Koodo representative they transfer me to another department. I have been on the line for an hour or more and nothing happens. I keep hearing this horrible music and no one answers. CANCEL MY HOME INTERNET IMMEDIATELY!!!! This is unacceptable!!! This is the most horrible experience of my life!
