Victim of fraud need phone call from live person

Can’t answer the call backs. My phone won’t accept when I type “1 “to answer the calls.  I need a live call from a  supervisor. I am a victim of fraud & I can’t log in to my Koodo account.

I will flag a rep. After that protect your account by resetting your PIN and password once you get through.
