No network connectivity

I was online with my phone, when I was disconnected from the network. My wife's phone as well.  My first thought was I hope I remembered to pay the bill! I did.  Neither of us can connect to a network, although Telus site says no issues. We don't use Facebook or Twitter. So, how are we supposed to contact Koodo?

Try resetting network settings on both phones first; go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings. That wipes cellular, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth back to factory defaults without losing your data.

If that doesn’t work, check your APN settings. Sometimes they get corrupted and block data entirely. Make sure they’re aligned with Koodo’s config.

Since you can’t use social media, try the Koodo Assist chatbot at koodo.com/chat - that’s your best bet for reaching someone without Facebook or Twitter.

No way both phones had same issue at same time. The chatbot sends me in circles and is a complete waste of time.

I tried to manually connect to the Koodo network and it would not connect on either phone.

Are you seeing any error messages when you try to connect? Like “authentication failed” or just “no signal”? Also, can you confirm your bill status directly in your account online rather than just assuming it’s paid?

If both checks come up empty, you’re gonna need escalation since the chatbot isn’t helping. Schedule a callback through koodo.com/chat and mention both phones lost connectivity simultaneously after being online - that detail matters for diagnostics.

Are you still having issue with the network connection?

Does this happen indoors or outdoors? Are any of your phones having wifi calling enabled?

All phones came back to life later in the day. Obviously a network issue that was not problematic enough for Telus/Koodo to mention online...
