Can I change back my # to the previous one I had?
Hi There, Can someone help? Does Koodo track websites you have visited online and knows what website you previously used? Does Koodo know what website you use even if it’s inappropriate. Last is your browsing history tracked at all. I hope you get this message and look forward to hearing from you soon.
i went to KOODO at St Laurent Shopping Centre Ottawa. Oh boy, that will be the last time I go there. Husband wanted to upgrade phone. I didnt have any idea to prove who I was. He did. We are both seniors, and I am waiting for knee replacement. So the walk to into the mall was hard on the knee. Anyway, she refused service to us both. She was rude and told me it was policy. I provided her with all the information she needed except for a piece of ID! Why the heck would I be there trying to upgrade for anyone else! We found another KOODO/TELUS and guess what, wasnt asked for one piece if ID. Didnt get a phone due to the one wanted was no where to be found. Anyway, our entire family is with KOODO and we are seriously thinking if changing providers. Your customer service is really bad! I have been in customer service for 20 years.
Is koodo give coverage in nova scotia
Hi, I bought SIM and got a Koodomobile number. There are problems with this number. I already bought it as a new number. However, it’s still in system on many apps. For example, I can not use this number to create Uber account because it is already used by the previous owner. They sent Code throught regristed email and number, but the regristed email is not mine. Therefore, now i cant create account on app if I dont use other number. Same situations with Uber Eat and some other apps. Now, I wonder how to solve this issue?
Ive been trying to find a way to contact customer service for days now. Only way i can find is to get a call back… What happened to being able to call em and sit on hold? this is the dumbest customer service model ive seen yet. I work overnights so during the day i sleep. Now the only way to get in contact with them is to have to interrupt my schedule and wait on them… how does that makes sense? i get that they have alot of customers and this eases the workload on them but dos ANYONE know of a number or a way other than a callback to get ahold of CS?
I keep loosing service, is there any issues today?
Hi, It's been 8 days now that I have been receveing calls like this number V92616013600002. I never answer (I tried once and nothing on the line appened), I keep blocking them and report spam and I keep receveing calls, like over 20 it's really annoying and I dont know what to do...
Switched from Rogers to Koodo over a week ago. Phone is still not sending or receiving text messages. iMessages work fine. Have tried restarting phone, airplane mode, resetting network settings multiple times , still doesn’t work. Went to the Koodo booth, they couldn’t help me. Have tried scheduling two callbacks and no Koodo rep has called. I’ve called the Koodo support number with no success. Help?! Thanks!
I am a prepaid customer and I would like to download my call history from around 8 months ago to prove that a call did not happen. Is there any way of doing this? The billing section does not have a “download previous bills” option.

I received a call from 18663601448 today offering me a tablet I was eligible for. They requested some verification info such as my PIN. I wanted to check to ensure this number is not a scam and is actually Koodo. I know there is a similar article where someone asked the same thing, and it was confirmed as legit. But I did more research online and found a number of other people still saying it’s a scam.I have changed my PIN for safety but wanted to check with these forums.
I have an Iphone 12pro since March 2021 but right from the start, it had issues. I can hear them perfectly but they either can’t hear me or my voice cuts in and out. This happens intermittently and in different places like in my home, in a parking lot, at someone’s place, in the car, etc. After jumping many hoops, two different Apple technicians said it’s my service provider. That’s Koodo. I tried many different things but nothing has helped. Should I move to Telus or Shaw or Bell or someone else?
When I connect to my voicemail and press 1, nothing happens, when I press it again, I get disconnected. Have the same problem in other services (Webex) that require pressing 1 to continue.Thank you.
I just got this phone maybe two weeks ago that I’ve noticed, I’ve had issues with FaceTime not going through, wifi is perfectly fine. I try making FaceTime calls and they don’t hear it on the receiving end but it rings. Second thing is, when playing back voice memos on the iPhone 12 VS IPhone XR. The 12 seems to have a low volume quality. I’ve gone through all settings to assure volume is not down. Third is I noticed a tiny spec of search near the lense. Considering it’s a brand new phone I wouldn’t hope to think there would be a scratch. I’m unable to call tech support due to my work hours. Can someone help me pls? I’ve had a same issue with the iPhone 11 on my account as of making a post regarding low volume but no one can’t seem to help resolve the issue? Should I contact Koodo as you sell the phone or contact Apple?
Will I receive long distant charges if I receive a call from the USA while I’m at home in Canada?
Okay, revisiting this as it seems my original post has disappeared. Last month I was not able to send or receive calls while at work in the Yukon. I am within koodo's service range. Data, text, and picture messages all work fine. I have 4-5 bars of service, and my phone displays LTE beside the bars. I am about 1km west of Elsa, YT. I was using a Samsung S7 last month, and after no solution from my last post I assumed it must be a hardware issue. I am now using a Galaxy S20FE with a new sim, but having the same problem. I have reset network settings, and removed sim/restarted numerous times.I can be within a kilometer of the nearest cell tower in direct line of sight and it doesn't work. However, In Mayo, YT, 40 km west of here, calls work fine. Also, I am the only person on site experiencing this, although I can't be sure there are any other Koodo customers here. There are plenty of Telus phones here that work fine. When I call out it stays in the "calling" phase for a minute or two, no
I have received a mail from koodoservice@mailing.koodomobile.com. is this an official Koodo mail, or is this phishing?
Starting this afternoon the Koodo network no longer allows my phone to connect. My partner is also with Koodo and her phone is connecting to the network just fine which makes me think that something has changed regarding my account.I’m not overdue on any bills and I don’t see any activity in the self-serve.I have tried to schedule a callback with a rep but the service tells me they’re busier than usual right now and does not give me any option to proceed.Right now I’m concerned that I’m being sim-jacked and not being able to contact Koodo I can’t do anything about it. The usual low level of spam/phishing junk I get has recently stepped up and I’ve seen some worrying messages that are clearly not intended for me. It might be nothing or it might be a sign that something nefarious is afoot. Can anyone help me get in contact with a rep so we can look at the account activity?Cheers
Hi everyone, I am wondering if Koodo offers a "callback number feature while listing to outgoing voicemail greeting. I. e. This is Steve. Please leave a message after the tone or press (digit) to enter in a callback number. Thank you.At this point, a text would be sent to me with entered phone number.
Hello. I notice Koodo doesn’t have any Google Pixel phones available in their shop, and I was wondering if I buy a Pixel 6 this fall directly from Google, could I easily transfer the sim card from old to new phone and go about my merry way, or do I have to make sure the Pixel 6 works with this network? I vaguely remember something about certain phones not working with certain carriers. Thanks for any info.
Hello, I’m having major problems with text messages (SMS) I cannot send text messages and/or I have to re-attempt 3-4 times. If they do go through, it is after 20-40 minutes I cannot receive text messages and/or I get some 10-40 minutes after they were sent by the contactExtra details:Huawei Mate 20 Pro Android Data works Calls work One of the texting apps eventually gave me an ‘’ERROR 332’’ mention Post paid Customer for several years I meet these conditions:Coverage is excellent, antennas full Bills paid Plenty of battery Device up to date ANDROID version up to date appropriate apps up to date I have tried:Fully shutting down device, wait 30/60/300s, reboot Force stop my texting app, restart it Enabling/disabling data Try an alternate texting app Went airplane mode a few minutes, then disabled that mode Removed my SIM card, wait a few minutes, re-inserted SIM card (also done so with a power off/power on cycle) What next? I see no mention of an outage from KOODO or TELUS
Is it possible to have my calls forwarded from my old number if I change to a new one?
