Hi team, 

 

I am bearing two koodomobile connections  ********** and ********** . 

 

I have bill payment outstanding that  I could not arrange  the payment on time and my serices are suspended,  I have   travelled to India in Feb 2021 month and am stuck here duo to delta variate Covid cases rise in India, Canada Banned direct flights from India, I may travel back only after the flight services are  resume back to Canada from India. 

During this time am going through with very tough time mentally, emotionally and financially, I request Koodomobile, please help me with sort of COVID discount to pay outstanding bills and resume my services with koodomobile. Kindly consider my request and help me.

So you are in India and using roaming service ?

If you were already had a issue with your outstanding bill and now in the outside of Canada, you should put your service switch to the seasonal hold.

And get a local prepaid service if it's available.

Send them a message through FB or Twitter and make new arrangements with them.

I'll flagg this, but if you can remove your phone numbers and email address, please do.

They don't communicate with you with email.

The best way for you to communicate with Koodo is to use FB or Twitter.
