They more then likely are still alive, but you need to remember that with the vast majority of emails that they receive daily, it is going to take usually more then two days for them to get to your email. Know though that they will get to you when they are able. 🙂

A quicker option may be to call in. Or maybe they completed your request and forgot to reply?
There is no need to be rude. If you're looking for help and then belittle someone when they are trying to help you, people will not want to help you. Perhaps this particular issue requires you to call in to have done? Typically with regards to billing issues they prefer speaking to the account holder rather than answering an email that they believe may or may not belong too the person emailing them.
If you log on though to send the email it should be fine. The last email I sent took about 2.5 days to receive a response. Patience my friend 🙂 it will happen but they are busy. If its another day (end of tomorrow) then try calling them.
I you don't receive an answer by the end of the week I highly suggest you call them!
