For at least three years, probably longer, my texts have been bouncing back. Don’t ask me why I tolerated it this long, because I honestly don’t know. At this point, there are far too many other providers to even consider sticking with Koodo. From what I’ve noticed, the service runs in cycles: about 10 minutes where nothing sends (everything fails), followed by a brief 5-minute window where messages actually go through. “Tech support” claims they don’t see any issues on their end, and none of their suggestions have made a difference. This isn’t just happening on my phone either, it’s the same story on my partner’s device. Doesn’t matter where we are, or time of day.I’m constantly toggling airplane mode just to reconnect to a tower and squeeze out a few minutes of usable service. That’s not what anyone should have to do for something they’re paying for.At this point, I’d rather pay more somewhere else and actually have a service that works.

I just got a call (shortly after I got new internet and mobile phones set up) from this phone number telling me that I am getting a 20% discount on my new bill because she said that people are complaining about the high costs. (no kidding, for everything!) She told me that I had to give my email to get the discount. I asked her why she did not have that information again, and again. She finally hung up.  This is the number she called me on:416-373-1165.

Just signed up with  Koodo.  I am the primary subscriber and I have 2 other lines of my children. The customer relationship manager accidentally recorded incorrect last names for my children. How can I edit those details? I was told I am able to edit it through Koodo app. Where can I do so?

Hello, I requested two call backs and haven’t received any calls at all. I want to port over my number from fido to koodo. The fido account is still active however i currently have no esim as i deleted it by accident. So now whenever i try to port over my number i cant reply yes because i don’t receive the message

The Koodo Refer-a-Friend terms (https://referafriend.koodomobile.com/common/terms) state:There is no limit to the number of referral offers you can send to your friends. However, you're limited to a maximum of $150 off your bill per calendar year. How can I tell from my referral status page on whether I have more available slots to refer more friends?

Got offer from koodo for new mobile plan from this number

I am hoping someone can explain to me what exactly my tab bonus is? I am hoping to upgrade my phone and i assumed my tablet bonus is money I can use to pay out my tab, which is well below that negative balance it shows. But when I go online to upgrade it says ill need to pay the tab bonus + the tab balance.Im sure its just me that's not understanding, can anyone enlighten me?!

We will be biking across Europe and may be in one country while phoning a different country for hotel reservations.  Will the Europe Travel Pass work to do this?  Koodo lists multiple ‘destinations’ in Europe, but I’m unsure if your calls must be within the same country, or if they can be from one country to another.  Thanks for sharing your experience!

i have Stream+ Premiumi’m in Ontario - is Telus TV+ supported here?i search for Telus app on Firetv - find it & clicktakes me somewhere else, not the Telus TV+ app!

I have Koodo number but currently I’m abroad, is there any way I can call back to my Canadian fellows from Kazakhstan?

The stream+ package from Koodo does not include any of the sports channels that are offered by Telus. Is it possible for a Koodo customer to get the Telus channels? More specifically, I am interested in receiving the golf channel, TSN, and Sportsnet.

Can I add AppleTv to my Stream+ subscription instead of Disney?

Can I use koodoo just for the phone plan, like paying monthly to get the phone, and another provider like Rogers for the data plan.

Got a text from “401-0” saying to call 1-866-558-4151 to redeem a new and exclusive Black Friday deal. Is this legit or scam?

Hello Community, I transferred from Freedom to Koodo and whenever I call, it does not show my ID Showing "Private Number"Please what could be the reason for this

Hi: I need to change to change the Disney+ account that my Stream+ subscription is linked to. How can I go about doing this?

Not sure if there is a section for Internet Help. With my old provider and old router I was able to either setup port forwarding or setup a DMZ.  With the modem I received from Koodo I was able to setup the DMZ but it will not work when I try to connect from an outside network.  Are you guys blocking ports?  I run a home server that my company connects to for backups.

I will have the 14 Day European Easy Roam Travel Pass when travelling next month. I will be in Ceuta, Spain for 1 day. Ceuta is a Spanish town on the north coast of Africa in  Morocco.  Will the Pass work there?I believe that some of the cell providers there are Spanish companies  (Vodavone, Orange, Movistar). Is there any way of confirming the coverage? Tx

I changed my number and receiving calls for Mohammad the person I do not know. what kind of service it is. I notified koodo and blocked the numbers for previous owner of this number but still receiving the calls for him (Mohammed)  idk what to do.

Let me first preface this post by saying my issue has been resolved by some amazing staff at Koodo, so this post is more about making others aware, but I would appreciate if experts or actual Koodo employees were able to weigh in on it. TL;DR: Fraudsters gonna fraud. I received a call (several, in fact) from a person claiming to be with the "Koodo Loyalty Department", offering me a 30% discount on my current rate, and then a free upgrade to my handset.  I was told I could remain with my existing plan - which is very good, in my opinion - but when I was selecting the phone, I was directed to one of two specific models.  The one I'd selected also indicated I'd have to change my plan, which while I wasn't necessarily happy about, the new plan was also pretty decent.  It did show my monthly payment suddenly jump from the alleged discounted rate to nearly double my current monthly rate.  I was also instructed to not tell the order verification staff about the conversation I'd had with the "

The eSim provider I’m considering (Ubigi) suggested to verify if my SIM was carrier locked and Chat GPT suggested the following steps to verify: with a Pixel 7:  Open Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs. Tap your SIM (e.g. “Koodo”). Look for any option or message about “Network unlocked” or “Carrier locked.” If it says Unlocked, you’re good to go. If there’s no mention, continue below.  However, when I click on the Koodo SIM, I don’t see any “network unlocked” or “carrier locked”I can confirm that with the steps Ubigi gave me that my phone supports eSims. Thanks!

For starters I have never purchased outbound call display name. People inform me that the name “growth marketing” shows up when I call them. I need this to stop as I use my phone for work.  thanks in advance

I am traveling abroad and looking at adding an esim to my phone for data.  I went into my settings and connections and there is no “esim card manager” option to add an esim.  I think Koodo has to do something on their end to enable this.  Can you help me Koodo? Thank you. Paul

Hi,I just got off the phone from a representative and tech person claiming to be from Telus offering a discount for being a good customer for always paying my phone bill on time for Koodo (since they’re linked). However, I just switched back to Koodo a couple weeks ago and separated my name and number from an old Koodo account with my grandmother who’s still on Koodo. I haven’t even had to pay my first bill yet. But they’re offering 30% discount for the next two years bringing my phone bill from $34 to $30? Or offer the $30 instead for 2 years no contract, can cancel anytime etc. It was hard to understand what he was saying with the accent. I understood enough that he said I needed to pay off my first bill first before they can add the discount and I’m like, “Yeah okay I can do that.”I get to the tech guy while trying to pay my bill early and he’s now telling me I don’t need to pay my bill to get the discount, he’ll send an email with the offer. Like a dummy I gave him my email I use w

I received a call from 1 844 518 7852. They made me an offer. I ended up giving them my address and birth date, but then they asked for driver license number. As i was not certain i ended the call, is there a way to verify if a call from koodo is legit. they also sent me an email from this address koodo@e.koodomobile.com.
