Going to buy iPhone17 next week, my current device is iPhone15 which has physical SIM, Iphone17 has ESIM option only, how can I get esim for IPHONE17 when doing setup at apple store

I suggest you convert your physical sim to an esim on the old phone and then transfer everything over
