I just subscribed to international minutes 1000 per month on my Koodo plan and have run into an issue on the first call - I tried a UK landline number and get the 11b1 message. The minutes were active from yesterday and the landline is functional for other other users. Any ideas what's going on there? Thanks

Just to double check, you are not getting this message when you call Canadian numbers?

We have just made a refresh of the international add-on, can you please restart your phone and then try making an international call?

Just to double check, are you dialing 011 44 in front of the UK landline phone number?
Im dialling 0044 for the Uk but the 001 just gives me the error :(
Oh but 011 44 works! I just got through - weird, I never had to dial that before when using Skype but that seems to have worked - thanks for putting me on the right track! Issue resolved
