Smart watch plan activation can be done through the device and selfserve. I don't think you need a rep instore do it for you.

Ok but did you try to activate it on your smart watch?
Even when I activate my watch, it says I don't have a mobile plan. Ultimately, I need to sign up for a plan at a Kudo store or agency, so my watch is recognized and I can activate it. However, the agency said they searched for a watch plan, but the option was not available.

They say the device is usable, but they say it's not available at dealerships or Kudo stores. I wish they would clearly state that it can't be used unless it's a smartwatch purchased from Kudo. I'm going to give up my foolish thoughts.
