For starters I have never purchased outbound call display name.

People inform me that the name “growth marketing” shows up when I call them.

I need this to stop as I use my phone for work.

Is this a new phone number? Call Display names are usually from Hiya’s data base.

When you login to your self serve and check your add-ons do you have the outbound name display add-on there?
