If you order the phone online, this will be shipped to your address, there isn’t a way for you to pick it up in store.
The phone can be picked up in store only when the purchase is made in store.

The phone can be picked up in store only when the purchase is made in store.
+4Koodo separated its sale channel between instore and online. This helps with inventory control. Since store purchase include a connection fee, they wouldn’t want online sale to take away that revenue.
Additionally, shipping to the address on Koodo file (matching the credit card owner) adds an extra layer of fraud protection.
