I recently left Koodo and joined Virgin. My account is still active because I have to pay my last bill + some early port out or upgrade fee, not exactly sure what it was. Anyways, if I was looking to return to Koodo, would I be able to get my old plan back?Thanks

Hi, my old plan was 4GB for $45 a month, and I keep going over that. So I upgraded to 10GB for the same $45 a month. My cycle ends in 7 days, and I don't know if I have access to that 10GB (6GB remaining prorated) for those 7 days or if I'm paying for extra data? I know I had added some for $17 dollars yesterday, can I remove that and just use my new data?

Helloi have suspended / canclled my services since October 2023. I no longer use my Koodo phone number. still I got the bill for November. I want to connect to customer support but can’t connect via USA phone number. Instead of cancelling my account I got an email from Koodo community that my account is activated!!!!! Cannot handle this in professionalism. I want to stop all the services and cancle my account asap. Need to get rid of November bill. 

my husband got a free iphone 11 from Koodo. Its brand new and sealed. I want to know if he sends it to his mother in Bangladesh in sealed condition, will she be able to use the iPhone there? I heard from someone that it is mandatory to boot the new iPhone 11 with a Koodo sim card, is it true?

I am moving four numbers over from Rogers.  WE recieved 4 separate envelopes.   One of the envelopes does not contain a SIM Card.  Upon inspection of the envelope, we can clearly see it was torn and taped back together.  How do I get one sent?

Hey there,I’ve signed up for Koodo Mobile yesterday at a Telus branch. The initial porting SMS came to my Public Mobile number, and I answered yes. I’ve been told the porting was supposed to be done in 2-3 hours, but nothing really happened in the rest of the day. Public Mobile SIM kept working. Something was failing.I’ve got one more porting SMS arriving at today 11AM. I answered again, and this time Public Mobile SIM stopped working and Koodo SIM never got activated. If somebody calls the number, all they hear is that “this number is not use” and it’s extremely frustrating.Self Serve dashboard is not really functioning, all I see is a blue box centered in the page whenever I click “Self Serve > Mobile Services tab”.  All I’m able to see is my first name, and account number in the entire dashboard; everything else fails. I’ve been trying to call porting center, but couldn’t reach anyone throughout the day. What are the next steps for me to get my number back, and start using my Koo

Hello, about 15 min ago I went through the process of trying to port my number from BellMTS and the text I'm meant to say YES to hasn't arrived. How long should this take?  I thought this part should be pretty quick. Not sure what I should do now. Any tips?

Hello all,I gave a family member my old Unlocked Samsung Galaxy A5 phone - they are receiving SIM Network Unlock PIN when powering on the phone with a different mobile provider SIM card inserted, Lucky SIM. I last used the phone with Koodo 2/3 years back. I'm curious as to why Koodo Mobile doesn't offer data add ons like the other service providers I've been with? Why won't they allow their customers to just buy 1gb of data if that's what they prefer over a monthly commitment?

Does the Koodo Samsung A53 variant support dual sim? Would like to know from someone that has it as there seems to be so many sub models of the A53.Thanks! 

I have had two alerts that Koodo is trying to contact me to verify a purchase I made with the deal this weekend. However the phone calls go straight to voicemail without having a chance to pick up the phone. It tells me to schedule a call-back and I get the same issue, straight to voicemail and Im not missing the call, Im with the phone and there is no missed call notification.Im just trying to confirm my new phone purchase and the voicemail is saying if I dont verify then they will cancel the order and I lose my deal. I just want to talk to someone and I cant get a phone number

When is my data usage reset date? How do I check it?

My tab balance has been $0 since last month but it’s continuing to charge me the $33 tab charge I’ve been paying. Why didn’t it automatically go down to $0 like it says it will when the tab balance is paid off?  I’m also unable to schedule a callback which is extremely frustrating.

I just startedwith Koodoo, they mailed me a SIM card and i followed all instructions to port my nymber from bell.  it has been 24 hours and my cell phone still not activated bt koodoo.  i cant make phpne calls either. any thoughts on next teps? thanksBarry

 I changed my plan a few days ago to a 50GB/month data plan but my usage data chart has changed from 12GB that I had before to 15GB instead of 50GB. What is going on? And why can’t I ever schedule a call back with Koodo, it’s ridiculous! ​​​​​  

I have overages on my bill from Fiona, it says I will be credited for the overages.So I’m paying this bill with the overages and then getting credited after?Is that how this is working? It is not explained clearly.

Hi I got my new iPhone 14 Pro Max I am transferring number from virgin to Koodo I keep getting error try again in 1 hour or refresh page been like this for almost 5 hours my number is eligible to be ported I checked

I followed the instructions to port my number from Rogers to Koodo.  I have not received the text I’m supposed to say yes to, but I do note that the service provider at the top of my screen now says Koodo.  I’m not sure whether to put my new SIM card in it or not or keep waiting.  In addition, I’m porting 4 numbers….how do I tell which SIM card is for which number? 

I am switching from my personal Koodo account to an account held by my work. I am wanting to port my number to my employer. I need to have Koodo make a note on my account giving permission to my employer to take over this number when it moves to Telus. How do I do this?

For the last four nights, at exactly 10:30 PM, I get sent an SMS message with a link on it.  It is sent from what appears to be an e-mail address from overseas: “hossein.hamdani@ist.edu.pk” <hossein.hamdani@ist.edu.pk>.  I NEVER click on the link, I simply delete it.  But I can’t block the messages from coming through because they aren’t being sent from a number, rather an address.  This is becoming tiresome because I have to turn off my mobile data shortly before this message arrives so that any information won’t accidentally be auto-downloaded from the SMS coming through.  And this reeks of a scam.  Has this happened to anyone else, and is there some method by which I can block this from being sent?

How do I order an sim?

I started on a new plan last December, and took on a Samsung s20fe 5g. I ended up not opening the phone for a month, and after that time I tried it for about a week before deciding I didn't like it (mostly larger size, but some functionally I didn't like), and went back to my using old phone (Samsung s8 active). Now it's really time for a new phone as my s8 is starting to malfunction a bit. So, wondering if Koodo buys back/allows return of phones (specifically on a tab), to sell on the pre-owned market to be customers, or I'll just have to sell it myself? I would love to get out of the tab, maybe switch to another plan. I owe $100 +400 for the tab in total, 11 months remaining. The phone is basically still new, great condition, used for a week. 

I was able to connect with a Rep yesterday to get data added to my plan. He said that it has been added to my 2 lines  but I don’t see any data added to $20 plan. I was told that I will be able to see it in 15 minutes but i don’t see it yet. Please help.

when I login the koodo Self Service portal and try to transfer my phone number, it looks the Self Service does not work. In the Self  Service, when access the mobile service functuon, it  always deplays a blue band as the following picture and no any response. 

Hi, I just submitted an order for a new activation for a plan that is on sale only today. I just ordered a SIM. The email in which I need to create a Koodo account has not arrived yet.I would like to sign up for this plan for another line as well, so should I submit a new request or wait for the email that enables me to create a Koodo account.My worry is that if the email for creating the account does not come in then I may lose out on the plan sale.Please help.
