I recently left Koodo and joined Virgin. My account is still active because I have to pay my last bill + some early port out or upgrade fee, not exactly sure what it was. Anyways, if I was looking to return to Koodo, would I be able to get my old plan back?

November 28th - I called and they told me that they keep the account active for up to 3 months. If I decide to switch back at anytime during that period, I’ll be able to get the plan that I had before I left!
