No SIM Card in Envelope

I am moving four numbers over from Rogers.  WE recieved 4 separate envelopes.   One of the envelopes does not contain a SIM Card.  Upon inspection of the envelope, we can clearly see it was torn and taped back together.  How do I get one sent?

If I’m being straightforward, it would probably be easiest to go to a Koodo store, explain the situation, and pick up a new sim card there.
The alternative would be to contact customer service and wait a few days for a new one to be sent in the mail again.

Thank you. They helped me in-store and reached out to customer service to arrange a credit for the amount of the SIM on my behalf.
