I am with Koodo on a $60/mnth plan for 15GB of data with a phone that i brought myself. I am looking at changing my plan to the $55/mnth for 20GB of data plan which showed up in the self serve change plan area of my account. Upon further investigation i found the $55/mnth for 20GB tab plus plan, which i am leaning towards because i can get the google pixel 6a for 0$ and lower my payment by $5 per month at the same time. Under the $55 for 20GB tab plus offer, it says 8GB included and a bonus 12GB to total the 20GB. My question is, is the bonus 12GB of data permanent or is there a time limit on the bonus data and eventualy it would disappear and i would end up paying $55/mnth for only 8GB of data?

Why has Koodo stopped taking payments at the kiosks, and Koodo assist is not working

My family has our plans all under one postpaid account. I am looking to add another one (and port the number from prepaid Koodo) but no matter what I tried I was not able to follow the instructions in “add a line”. The BYOP sim card has grey “Not Available” over the add to cart button. Above that it says “Not available for upgrades. Change” and the change link brings up the current subscriber list. There is no “add a new line” or any other option in this list. I do vaguely recall that it used to be there before we added the most recent line.Eventually I was able to get the following exact error message to come up: “Looks like you can’t add any more subscribers to your account.”Currently we have 5 lines on this account.I have not been able to find anything about this, is there a maximum number of lines that can be on one Koodo account?! Or is this a glitch with our account? It doesn’t make sense that they would intentionally limit this.The account is over 10 years old, with the newest l

I started the number transfer process over a half hour ago but haven’t received the text from my current provider to reply yes to. I still have my original provider’s SIM card in the phone. How long should it take to receive?

I just signed up for Koodo an hour ago. Got a plan with a Pixel 6a. I’m moving my current number to Koodo. I need to add a second line. I was not given login details for Koodo? When I check my order status it says "Your order is being verified by our reps. We'll call you if we need any information from you. " I tried signing up for self serve with the chat bot but it says my phone number and postal code do not match, even though they are correct.Can somebody help me sign up for self serve so I can add a second line please? Thanks

I just added 1000min International LD Add-on (AUS UK, GER, CHN, HK, IND, S. KOR) to my account (Nov 16).When does this take effect? Can I call HK immediately and this will be covered by the 1000 mins?I called HK before I added the add-on. Does that get calculated into the 1000 mins?

My emails and invoices sent to me by Koodo are now coming to me in French because I happen to live in Gatineau, but I am an English-speaking person. I cannot find any way within Self-Serve or Koodo Assist to tell me how to change my language preference to English. Does anyone know where and how I can do this, or do I need to schedule a call with an agent to get this sorted out?

Hi there, I added stream plus to my account on the last billing cycle and was charged partial charges as well as the full $25… should it not have just been partial charges for the month?TIA

According to my tab balance my last payment on Oct 21 brought my tab balance to $0, but I was still charged the tab on the bill sent to me today. I have made 24 payments on a 2 year tab. Please advise how I can have my bill amended. 

Trying to activate a second line for my wife. Entering data to transfer her number from BellMTS , but it keeps saying my account number is invalid. The firm asks for account number OR IMEI number, but still it hangs up wanting a correct account number. I told Koodo when I ordered the second line it was for another person (who is not on MTS bill anywhere). Am I missing something?

Can the Stream+ add on be used on Samsung tv, or does it need to be used with device registered to mobile phone on Koodo network?

Just joined Koodo, and I have noticed that I can’t access the internet with just data.  I usually have only 2 signal bars and the network says 3G but I was told that the signal should be fine as Koodo uses the same towers as Telus.  It should read 4G and given that I am not at all in a remote area, I should at least be able to access my email or banking app with data.  Any suggestions?  Thinking I might have made the wrong choice switching to Koodo from Telus.  I have an iPhone 12.

Hi Koodo gurus,Yesterday I bought an iPhone 13 mini to replace my good ol’ iPhone 6. The guy at the Apple Store told me all I have to do is put the two phones close to each other with bluetooth and wifi ON,  and all the data, apps, settings, etc would transfer via iCloud.But do I first have to take the SIM card out of the iPhone 6 and put it into the iPhone 13 mini?thank you!Gwenda 

So I’ve come into a bit of a money issue and my phone got disconnected a bit ago and i wont be able to reconnect it for at least another month. With it being an extended amount of time is there any chance of them deleting my account or anything in that matter or have any issues reconnecting? With my phone being out of service i cant exactly call them for an official  statement.If it helps in the multiple years ive had this account this is the first time ive ever been disconnected. 

KIndly clarify the 24 hour period for Easy Roam. I’m reading some of the articles that say once Easy Roam is initiated it will end at 11:59pm on the calendar it was initiated. As an example if Easy Roam was commenced at 7:00pm it would end at 11:59pm the same calendar day provided the time zone remains the same. And for this example lets say the time zone remains the same. I’m thinking that 24 hrs would mean from 7:00pm one day to 6:59pm the following day.

I just switched my sim to a Galaxy A8 and it doesn’t show the wifi calling option in phone settings?? Anybody else have this issue?

I have a paid off Galaxy A71 and monthly plan with koodo right now but my phone is cracked up and I want to replace it but not doing a tab. Does anyone know if I could buy an unlocked phone, like a Pixel 6 and just put my sim in it? Thanks in advance.

I would like to clarify whether the 1000 min add on is counted in monthly basis, or only 1000 min is given for the entire contract period?
