What do I do if I lost my cell phone in the river?

 

Yesterday I was swimming in the river and I lost my cell phone how do I get a SIM card replaced?

It's easiest to go to a kooodo retailer/kiosk to get a replacement Sim card. Here is more info on doing so:

My phone is lost.

I have the new SIM from the Kiosk, I go to Self Serve and can’t activate it.  I register to Koodo and have to wait 48 hours for email activation to work.  The other option is to “text”, to where? my lost phone?

No other option but to wait 2 days, ridiculous.
