Why has Koodo stopped taking payments at the kiosks, and Koodo assist is not working

Koodo is a digital first brand and paying your bill online isĀ in most cases more convenient. A lot of the other carriers have enforced this lately too so Koodo is also just following suit.

You can easily login to your self serve account or dial 611 to make a payment thatll be reflected in your account in seconds. Or you can make a payment through your bank that will show in your account in 3-5 business days.
