My number was not active due to long distance add on glitch can be found here Somehow I failed to pay by credit card so I did pay by bank yesterday and I know it would take 3-5 business days to effect, I’m wondering if my number can be activated in advance because I really need to use it. Thank you very much for your time and help.

why does 306-580-4001 keep showing up on my phone bill ?  I don’t do MSG RTRVL . I wil delete numbers but don’t retrieve any messages

Trying to set up my BYOD with new Koodo simbeen waiting for almost ½ hr for current provider to send  a text asking me to approve the transfer but my self serve account is already showing the number I want to transferis this normal to wait so long?or did I miss a step somewhere? 

My wife received a text message today, gontaining a link to deposit a payment from koodo to her bank account...we suspect serious spam.

Why does my account statement say I have the following:   How come I have used 2.201 MB out of 3072(???) when I should have 2.201 MB / 3 GB?  BONUS Data Booster 3 GB 2.201  /  3072 MB

Does Koodo need to know that I have changed phones?  I damaged my last one and bought a new one,  have transferred all my info over to the new one as well as the SIM card.   

I purchased 1GB of extra data for $25 and it’s not working

I would like the service where callers have to input a number to get through, so robocalling is eliminated. I had it then disabled it. wondering how I can restore it. 

I added funds to my data booster and it went towards my talk booster????  Can I get it cancelled?  Actually it’s my fault, went too fast.  I now have 600 minutes of talk time and will probably never use of all of it in my lifetime.  Any way to cancel it and transfer it to data booster please? 

I’m trying to set up international roaming on a prepaid plan after I’m already in Europe. The help system says: Log in to your Self Serve account. In the drop-down menu, select Mobile services. Select manage beside the Add-ons section. Find International Voice Roaming ($0/month) and select Add to Plan so you can call and text while travelling outside of Canada and the U.S.and so on. This help information seems to be outdated as the menu options don’t include “Mobile services” and when I go to adding add-ons, there is no international option listed. The information for the US roaming implies that it works internationally but I tried it and have had no luck. Is international roaming actually possible on a prepaid plan, and if so, how?Thanks!

When I click on my voicemail button, listen to my voicemail, and hang up ir tells me the call has failed. This happened once before and they needed to reset my voicemail in my account. Is there anyone from Koodo on here who could do that for me?

I see when I visited US I wasn’t charged the EasyRoam $12/day, i was charged by the data and calling i did.   I’m going to Europe in 2 days and I want to use the Easy Roam $15/day, not the pay-per-use. In my add-ons I added “$15/Day Easy Roam INTL”, but I also have “Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance, International Voice Roaming, and International Data Roaming”.  It won’t let me remove those.  Will I be charged by the data I’m using when in Germany or the $15/day??Thank you The error I get when I try to remove any of these is: “Oops! Some add-ons can't be removed. Please go to koodo.com/chat and enter '#AssistSS' to schedule a callback, and a rep will help you with this.”  And of course, I can’t get a call back and it directs me here.  

Hi i got a new iPhone. Both phone run iOS 16. try to transfer existing esimtransfer between near by phone : „no phone numbers found“ do I really need to buy a new esim everything I buy a phone?

Hello, My voicemail had been down for a few days. I receive a “call failed” message. It appears a reset from a rep will fix the issue. I have a callback scheduled for 2 days from now but if this would allow this to be fixed faster I would appreciate it. I have work messaged piling up and its slightly inconvenient! Thank you in advance for your help. 

I am a new Kodoo customer and during in-person SIM-card activation I agreed to set up pre-authorised payments via my credit card. Under the impression of not having to think about it I did not realize the payment was not delivered on a due date, thus I was stripped of 25 points on my credit score. I am upset that it happened despite my attempt to avoid this exact situation. I read that it is more effective to reach the information provider directly rather than through a dispute. I’m hoping my situation can be helped. Please advise 

I currently have an Google Pixel 3xl, but I am planning to buy a new Pixel 7. I am also planning to buy the phone at Best Buy instead of going to my local Koodo retailer or buying it online at Koodo because I don’t know if buying at Koodo will change my plan. So I wanted to ask: if I were to just buy a new Pixel 7 at Best Buy and not Koodo, will I be able to just switch out my SIM card with no problem? Will I also be able to keep my current plan if I were to just get a new phone? Thanks.

I recently (beginning of OC 2022) moved to a different mobile  provider but have paid my last bill. My last received bill now has a credit. How can I get it returned?

I am trying to change my phone number and don't like the options Self Serve provides. Talked to customer service and they said there's nothing they can do. I found a service online called NumberBarn that will sell me a number that I want. They say on their site to check with your carrier if they will accept a port. Two questions: 1) Does Koodo accept incoming number ports from NumberBarn?2) Can I port in a number to replace my existing number (and keep my current plan)? 

I did not get a callback a month ago so I'm wondering how to freeze my service so i don't get charged.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A52 and was using a tempered glass screen protector. My phone was being weird all of a sudden and wouldn’t respond to my touch, so I took off the screen protector, and now there are bubbles on my phone screen. Is this permanent damage to my new, expensive phone or is this something I shouldn’t freak out about?

Hi everyone!I'm travelling and will be living outside of Canada for 2-4 months every year. I'm outside as I write this and I have been unable to log into several of my accounts(banks, etc.) In Canada as I can't do a 2FA as I'm not receiving texts. Here's my question: can I receive texts intentionally with my Koodo number on easyroam free of charge or will I be charged $12/day or wherever the amount is these days? If I'll be charged then what is the best alternative for me to receive 2FA texts without having to pay $12/day for them? I have a local number here so can I use that to forward all texts to this number? Thanks!

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 15.4 … I want to set it for NO Roaming, NONE, Zip, Zilch. To go with Network > Koodo (i.e. not AUTOMATIC)    But on my phone I can’t find the setting. Google searches all give different methods, and none match what I see on my phone - there’s no Roaming setting. Is it only visible when certain other settings are on?

I am currently on a monthly plan but I will be out of the country for 3-4 months. Thinking of changing to a $15 plan to keep my number alive. However I can not do it online because $15 plan is not an option online. So does it mean I have to switch to a different carrier in order to achieve this? Thinking Virgin Plus.ThanksJames

Just picked up an eSIM from a Koodo booth. It is now $25 + tax.  Not sure why an eSIM is more expensive than a physical SIM ($5).
