I did not get a callback a month ago so I'm wondering how to freeze my service so i don't get charged.

There are several options from Koodo but none of them is free. Seasonal hold is one of them https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/keeping-your-account-open-when-travelling

 

Did you have a Tab balance with Koodo and is paying monthly?


I don't have a tab

I just want the seasonal hold but nobody from Koodo reached out. It's not even an option online

Should i just cancel my account?
