Hello, My voicemail had been down for a few days. I receive a “call failed” message. It appears a reset from a rep will fix the issue. I have a callback scheduled for 2 days from now but if this would allow this to be fixed faster I would appreciate it. I have work messaged piling up and its slightly inconvenient! Thank you in advance for your help.
