trying to unlock my phone

I have an old koodo phone I am trying to put another Sim card into it and it's asking for a pin.

Was told I can get the unlock pin from koodo using these numbers.

You should be able to unlock your phone from within your Self Serve account.

To unlock your phone online:

Successful unlock code retrieval for non-iOS phones: We’ll show you the unlock code and send a confirmation email with the code in it.

I do not have a self serve account, I am no longer a koodo customer
