I see when I visited US I wasn’t charged the EasyRoam $12/day, i was charged by the data and calling i did.  

 

I’m going to Europe in 2 days and I want to use the Easy Roam $15/day, not the pay-per-use. 

In my add-ons I added “$15/Day Easy Roam INTL”, but I also have “Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance, International Voice Roaming, and International Data Roaming”.  It won’t let me remove those.  

Will I be charged by the data I’m using when in Germany or the $15/day??

The error I get when I try to remove any of these is: “Oops! Some add-ons can't be removed. Please go to koodo.com/chat and enter '#AssistSS' to schedule a callback, and a rep will help you with this.”  And of course, I can’t get a call back and it directs me here.  

No, you will be charged the $15/day Easy Roam. The add-ons you mentioned are necessary add-ons for your device to be able to roam.

Okay great.  I see from the article that “International Voice Roaming” and “International Data Roaming” need to be added to be able to roam.  

But the “Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance” isn't mentioned and it won’t let me remove it.  I just to make sure I won’t be charged per use.  I wish I could remove this. 

 

No, rest assured, you will not be charged Pay-Per-Use. That add-on is added automatically as it's a necessary add-on, which is why you can’t remove it.
