why does 306-580-4001 keep showing up on my phone bill ? I don’t do MSG RTRVL . I wil delete numbers but don’t retrieve any messages

That’s the thing. I Don’t retrieve any voicemail messages unless I know there is one there and there hasn’t been any voicemails on my phone for several months now. I’m not being charged for these, but it’s still annoying that they show up on my bill. Thanks for your help rikkster!!
