That would be your voicemail access number. It gets dialled whenever you retrieve voicemail messages.

That’s the thing.  I Don’t retrieve any voicemail messages unless I know there is one there and there hasn’t been any voicemails on my phone for several months now. I’m not being charged for these,  but it’s still annoying that they show up on my bill.  Thanks for your help rikkster!!
