Nothing works. I paid again $10 for 100 mb but where is my 1 GB I don’t know… 

You mentioned that you bought 1GB for $30 and 100mb for $10. It's sounds like you are on the prepaid.

Is your base plan active? When did it renew?

Yes, I am on the prepaid. It shoud be renewed on Oct 25 I believe. So I have used 100mb but I want to figure out where is my 1GB and how can I use it.

Did you actually get the booster itself? Just adding funds to your account doesn’t activate the booster, you would have to get that first. After that, it just gets added on to your data, no special actions required.

I did the same procedure paying for 1DG and 100mb, but only got 100mb, that`s why I`m curious.

Could you take a screenshot of your purchase? I mean the page where the funds were added, boosters purchased etc? You can mask any personal information of course.

I see you added $30 funds on your account and only purchased 100mb data booster. That's why you still have $20 on your account.

You must not submit purchase, or it didn't go through.   If you need more data, you need to add $10 on your account first then purchase a 1GB booster.
