I just added 1000min International LD Add-on (AUS UK, GER, CHN, HK, IND, S. KOR) to my account (Nov 16).
When does this take effect? Can I call HK immediately and this will be covered by the 1000 mins?
I called HK before I added the add-on. Does that get calculated into the 1000 mins?

Edited: It applies immediately to minutes after you got the addon . However , it believe it was prorated based on how many days left in your billing cycle. Next billing cycle, you should have access to full 1000 minutes. For example, if you have 10 days left you would have 10/30x1000 minutes = 333 minutes.
