According to my tab balance my last payment on Oct 21 brought my tab balance to $0, but I was still charged the tab on the bill sent to me today. I have made 24 payments on a 2 year tab. Please advise how I can have my bill amended.
Can you share a screenshot of your Tab history (without personal info)? It looks like this.
And what is your billing cycle?
I just started a new billing cycle. It goes from Nov 12-Dec 11
So, their bill system is not clear enough. But from your screenshot:
Your last Tab charge is deducted on Oct 21 and charged on Nov 12-Dec11. Then it's all done
There is a post explain how they deduct and charge on your bill.
I really want Koodo charge the Tab same day with bill date, then it get less confusing.
Thank you for your explanation. It really is confusing. There is nearly a month between the deduction date and my billing cycle, so it doesn’t look the two would be associated that way.
