Hello,I bought an iPhone 11 128 GB under a 2-year contract with Koodo on Dec 22nd , 2020.  I have been paying $45 for the plan and $33 for the device on monthly basis during the last two years. The 2-year period was completed in Nov 2022, but I am still being charged for the device. I was charged for Nov and Dec this year while the contract was terminated in Nov 2022. Any action should be taken from my side? Is there any contact number that I can reach out to resolve the issue?Thanks -- Shiva

Can I receive texts at no charge if I turn “Data Roaming” off ?Leave Wifi On?Leave Flight mode Off?Do not answer any phone calls?Easy roam is too expensive for me @ $11 /day and $240 / month + tax so I will not use it.My bank sends me a text to verify when I log into and need to get the text.Any advice, TIA.   

where is 24 month of  bill history? 

 I was talking to my girlfriend in mexico and when I hung up due to some call problems and tried to call her again it was giving me this error. I can't see the pay per use add on in my self serve and I have 1000 min enabled international. 

I'm thinking of changing my data plan, when's the best time to do this? Last time I change half way through my plan and I got charged for it.

I bought a phone recently with $0 upright and a $60 koodo package. Later I realised I did not need 25GB of data and wanted to downsize my plan but my self serve account was only showing me a plan of $65. I asked  the best buy employee I got the phone from and he said I couldn’t downsize my current plan, only upgrade it. Now however I see a better plan on my self serve account with $55 p/mo. Can I change my plan to this without it being a problem?

Hello I have read many of the threads about WIFI calling and it looks like I need to be flagged so a rep can fix my account. WIFI calling does not accept my phone number for e911 and I have tried all suggestions. I need this for work please help fastGalaxy s20

I live on Gabriola Island where we were recently impacted by a 6 day service outage last month due to the main Telus line being severed between Gabriola and Vancouver Island. We lost all service at our home and had to drive several kms to pick up and send messages. Other Koodo customers in the community have received a rebate/compensation for the loss of service but my family has not. I attempted to ask about the situation using the Koodo digital assistant but my question was not understood by the system. All attempts to schedule a callback failed. What is the best way to follow this up and obtain our credit?

koodo says If you don't pay on the date you've agreed to, your service will be suspended immediately and a reconnection fee will apply, but for months my bill was built up they even saw the activity was zero but it rose to 400 before they decided to stop it i need help i need a number to contact cause this thing is has me pulling my hair out just want it resolve so people dont contact me again and just dont want anything to do  with koodo anymore besides paying my bill late by a few days i always paid until i had no sim card i never once had access to koodo self serve and i was had been with koodo for 2 years the help from koodo was really poor their system is D tier and its bland like the only way to reach koodo is having them reach you like if only you i might be disrespectful but the service is lack luster so someone please give me aid so i can go play my games 

I changed my rate plan last month and now I have a flat $15 dollar charge for “rate plan change”. To me it doesn’t sound like a pro-rated charge between the 2 plans - as I think it would be named differently and not be  flat $15. No one told me it would cost $15 to change my plan….Can someone explain this for me?

For the last few days I haven’t been able to send or receive MMS messages. Everything else seems to be working fine. I did change my plan recently, but the only change to my account should have been more data. I thought it was a problem with my APN settings, but they look to be right according to other links I’ve found while troubleshooting I think? I’ve tried clearing cache for both MIUI’s native messaging app and Google Messenger, but the problem persists with both. Any suggestions?  

When I signed up for Koodo, I used my legal first name, otherwise I’d run into problems with porting and the credit check etc. The problem is,  I go by my legal middle name. It’s confusing for people I call who don’t really know my first name when it shows up on their call display. Can I add my middle name to the account and then change the caller ID to that?

How can I schedule a call back? I know this is an option but it doesn’t seem clear how?

I’m wondering if I pick a perk and want to change it after a few months am I able to?

Hi,I’m a new monthly postpaid user so I’ve not run out of data but I cannot send SMS messages through iMessage.  I keep getting Failed to Send if I message an Android device.  Wifi, web surfing using data, phone calls, and blue text messaging all work..  Only sending SMS texts aren’t working.I just switched to Koodo since Apple no long supports pay per use data add ons.  With Petro-Canada mobility I had no problems sending the green SMS messages.  Switching to a cheap monthly plan makes the most sense except for this glitch.thanks in advance!

Keep getting called, I answer and they hang up Is this a scam call pretending to be Koodo?

I have been with Koodo for a decade, with 5 lines and to say the least I am disappointed . I have been charged extra for the past several months.   All it lists is this:                                 In-App Purchase                   $24.95.   ($47 previous month/ $19 before that!!)                                Total used 5 (event)I am disappointed that koodo does not list the 3rd party. This leads me to believe koodo is a part of this scam...probably not but i am frustrated with the run-a-round! The process of finding out what these charges were for is tedious! After reaching out to Koodo via phone to be hung up, so i can text and then online chat and finally call back (still waiting)! I researched in the community forum to find out to look for sms code 5415. (By the way this is my elderly mom’s phone). There was no such text. I looked at all games/apps, even looking back at history to find nothing. So I researched the forum again and a thread stated to text 5415 the word “STOP” A

I'm currently locked into an EPP but I got a text offering me 25gb for $5 extra per month. If I add this to my plan, will it cancel my EPP or will it just add that $5 to the discounted rate I pay?

For some unknown reason I cannot send or receive MMS (picture) messages.I have tried rest the network, update the app, change or delete the APN name and re&re the sim card etc.Mobile data is on. Signal is good. 2 other phones on the account can send and receive.Lastly I have gone in and changed stuff in the “Edit access point” from a old post here from 1 yr ago and still not fixed?

I would be travelling to the UK and India next week and hopefully some one can answer my query.I would be adding the Easy Roam facility for the $15 per day My existing plan has Unlimited Long Distance Pack (US, CN, HK, IN, MX, BD, UK)My questions are:While I am in the UK would I be charged for making any outgoing call within the UK? While I am in the UK would I be charged for making any outgoing call to India? While I am in the UK or in India would I be charged for making any outgoing call to Canada? With Easy Roam, I am assuming all incoming calls would be free irrespective of the country where the call originated from? 

Hi, I’ve recently been offered an exclusive plan. However, it does not say “Unlimited International Messaging (text & picture)”, only “Unlimited International Messaging”. Trying to transfer my number from the old provider, I went to the website I was directed to, signed in, and all I can see is a small blue rectangle in the middle of the screen. Have tried multiple browsers on desktop and phone - same result.

Signed up for the $30, 20 gig deal, currently seeing $17.70  & $4.42 as the total monthly credits. Also, i could not sign up with my koodo self serve registered email as was repeatedly getting an error upon registration for this community. I had to create a new email address with a different domain just to post here,  so will have to forward my correct info. Thank you.

I visited a Mobile Klinik store on Nov 26th and ported over 2 lines to Koodo on the $30/20gig plan. I had an issue with account creation and was able to get a callback from a customer rep to setup my self serve account. After that issue was sorted, I asked the customer rep to confirm that I have the bill credits being applied to both my lines because the paperwork that I signed listed $55/20gig and the sales rep said that Koodo would send me an email detailing the credits for my account. Never the got the email and the koodo rep who checked my account said that she could only see one line getting the bill credits to but that my second line isn’t showing any bill credits.I’ve been trying to schedule a callback with koodo for days to try and talk to someone to sort out my issue and been unable to do so since they don’t seem to have anyone working to call customers back. Tried a koodo customer care number but that just tells me to use the website assistant which is utterly useless.What ot
